Archie was found alone under a tree in the middle of this terrible summer. He was skin and bone and full of fleas. We took him in and treated his fleas and gave him some much needed food. He is now looking for a loving home willing to commit to caring for him for the rest of his life. He is playful and full of energy. Loves homemade chicken and hates the heat. He is approximately 12 weeks old now and is growing so fast. He gets along with our cats but prefers to keep his distance from our dog. We can’t blame him, our dog is a ball of energy. Maybe he would get along with dogs if they give him his space. Archie needs to get his vaccines and get spayed. He appears fully healthy but requires a visit to the vet to get a clean bill of health.

Crystal has been with us for a very long time. She does not like to be picked up and held at all but she does not mind having some back and head rubs from her caretakers at our shelter. She purrs and rubs on you if you show love and are gentle with her. She needs plenty of time to adjust to change and to people she does not know. She is not a bad kitty, she has never been aggressive with anyone, she is only very timid and skittish but we promise that she does have an affectionate side that we have seen, she just needs to be given that chance.
