My elderly mother is no 91 and it is to difficult to take care of her barn cats in the winter. They are great hunters, but are feed once a day. They are very healthy, but are barn cats, so they have not been vaccinated. They are friendly to a point, but not so that you could pick them up and hold them as a house pet. They will come within a couple of feet and are always waiting in the morning for breakfast, but I do not want to represent that they are anything other than barn cats. Most are adult, although there are 2 kittens about 4 months old. Please advise if you know anyone that could use some great barn cats. There are 9 of them - but know they probably can't go to one home (barn). Thanks for your consideration. Rhonda Miller

Hello, this is Piper. She is by far the most affectionate cat you will ever meet. She has never met a stranger. She came from a little my mom’s barn cat had almost 7 years ago. Piper has lived with both cats and dogs although done fine she is more of a people person. She will want to lay on your lap all day. She loves lasers toys or string toys. Piper can be rather needy and because she wants to be with you at all times she has ripped the carpet by our doors. If you have hardwood floor or you are okay leaving your doors open she will be pleased. She will sleep with you, greet you at the door and rub on you before you leave. She is very sweet. She would love a loving home that will give her a lot of affection.

Kaz is a 3 year old Male Silver Marble Bengal. He has very typical Bengal behaviors. He is very inquisitive, playful and curious. He loves to climb. He is very vocal and loves attention. While he loves to be pet and loves attention, he doesn't like being picked up. But he will jump up on your lap when he wants to be there. He loves to be in your space so he will come when called. He loves to drink out of the faucet rather than a water bowl. Due to a recent marriage, I now have 2 people with severe allergies in the house so he is currently living outside.

Slick is a very timid but very affectionate cat. He takes time to adjust to new environments and new people but once he warms up he is so sweet and playful!! He would definitely prefer a quiet environment and the opportunity to bond with one calm adult person. He has never interacted with my child. Just kept his distance. He speaks up when he needs something but otherwise is not super talkative just very affectionate and happy to play!

Story

Soup showed up one day and made my flowerbed his home until I convinced him to let me help him. He had a broken leg that was severely infected as well as significant blood loss. But he was the sweetest little guy through it all. His leg isn’t completely healed but he has full use and doesn’t require any additional care, just time to build back muscle. The vet believes he’s around a year old. He does great with my small dog and my 4 year old but has not been able to acclimate with my two cats. I think given time he could be around other cats but I don’t have the space or time to keep them separate and give him the attention he deserves. All this little guy wants is to cuddle. (He is neutered, some of these photos were taken before the procedure.)
