Story

Hi I'm Sunny, short for Sunshine. I'm a very sweet 6 yr old American Shorthair, and I'm the color of Sunshine: light orangey-blonde. My mom recently passed away and now I'm looking for a loving owner who likes to cuddle at night, and let me curl up on their lap while watching tv. I recently lived with another cat and we got along well - but I don't know how I'll be around dogs. I'm an inside-only cat that is litter trained. I'm spayed and caught up on vaccines: distemper and rabies. When scared I like to hide under the bed for comfort. I'm very shy around strangers but after a few weeks with my new owner I will build up the courage and trust to be your new best friend. Do you like quiet cuddles and warm companionship? I do too! Give me patience, time and safety and I will give you years and years of snuggles, loyalty and love. (If you can demonstrate you are able to provide for the Sunny's vet care going forward, we can reduce the adoption fee).
