Story
Penelope, a 1year & 3month old domestic Torbie (Tortoiseshell/ Tabby) is fully vetted, UTD on all vaccines, & ready for adoption! Penelope is such a DIVA & she knows it. This girl came in as a stray surrender with a prolapse medical emergency. One year later, Penelope is healthy & ready to be adopted! Penelope likes to play with toys & be lazy. You can find her relaxing on her favorite cat tower or you can find her playing with toys. She can be somewhat of a loner unless she likes something about you, then she is all about the lovins. Penelope is one of those cats that has to have her own personal bubble space or she can be a feisty little mama. She may be small but her attitude is even bigger! Penelope would do great in a home with cats and children. She is litter box trained & an indoor cat. If you think Penelope is the girl for you, just apply today! If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!

Story
A beautiful black and white female domestic cat that is 1yr and 4mths old and has been with HSAC for a shocking 553 days! Shock was surrendered with her litter mates Lock and Barrel and she is the only remaining one out of the litter. Shock may be shy and standoffish at first but we believe once she is adopted, she will finally be able to open up and thrive. She needs someone to give her a chance and that can be patient with her. She can be misunderstood at times but that’s OK! Shock does well with other cats and doesn’t mind dogs. She would probably do best in a home with older children. This beautiful girl is on the smaller side, she is litter box trained, and fully vetted. We’re hoping Shock can find her forever home before she hits the 500 day mark.If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!

Story
St. Sicily is another member of the trio with St. Adella and St. Cyril. Right now she is cautious, but slowly, slowy she is learning to love. Like her sister, Sicily didnt have the easiest beginning. She was so scared when she arrived. Life is just starting to be fun, and Sicily likes nothing better than to be held and murmered to while her cage is cleaned. Could you open your heart to her?If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!

Story
Maggie, a 12 month old domesticated white Tabby is fully vetted, UTD on all vaccines, & ready for adoption! After being surrendered with her mother and siblings at only 2months old, she is the only remaining member of her family, The Simpsons at HSAC. Maggie is super spoiled & she knows it! She knows she can do whatever she pleases & you will still love her. Maggie is a small girl, roughly the size of a 6-8month old kitten but has a huge heart. She enjoys running around & playing with others. Maggie does well with other cats and children. Maggie wants a home where she can be the princess & have a family who loves her unconditionally. Maggie is litter box trained & is an indoor cat. Do you think you're the family for Maggie. If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!

Story
SCOOTER SCOOTER! This 1yr old handsome short haired white Tabby is fully vetted & ready to be adopted! Like his brother Fozzie, these two were born at HSAC. They have the temperaments of their mother Laurie Strode but the spunky side of their deceased father, Barrel. Scooter does have some eye issues (born with) but it does not stop him. He will climb up your leg, asking to be held just so he can be babied. Scooter can spend his days playing with toys or grooming his brother. He tends to only hang out with his brother but he doesn't mind other cats. Scooter would do great in a home with cats, dogs, and children of all sizes. He's a big boy but his heart is even bigger! Scooter is bonded with his brother Fozzie & we prefer they be adopted together. If you are interested in adopting Scooter, head on over to our website, https://www.adamscountyanimals.org/contact-us or you can contact us at (937)-544-8585If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!

Story
WOCKA WOCKA! Fozzie is ready for adoption! This handsome 1yr old male white long haired Tabby is looking for his forever home. Just like his brother Scooter, Fozzie is super affectionate & loves to be held. He will crawl up your leg, right into your arms. He could snuggle all day and night. Fozzie does have some eye issues but it does not stop him or hinder him. You can find Fozzie sprawled out on the floor, relaxing or you can find him playing with toys and his brother. Fozzie & Scooter are very bonded & would need to be adopted together. Scooter depends on Fozzie & Fozzie is his brothers keeper. Fozzie is great with other cats, dogs, & children. Are you that special someone that can give both of these brothers a home they deserve? If you are interested in adopting, please place an application through our website, https://www.adamscountyanimals.org/contact-us or contact us at (937)-544-8585If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!
