A24862 George is a 2-year-old, 8.5 lb, neutered-male Domestic Medium Hair cat. He entered our shelter as a stray on 1/11/25. George is a very shy but friendly kitty looking for a quiet home where he can relax, settle in, and get lots of love to help build his confidence. He was extremely nervous when he first arrived and needed some time to adjust and get used to being around people. He stays to the back of his kennel but will turn his head and issue a plaintive meow. In the playroom, he immediately seeks a safe, low cubby to huddle up in. Though not totally comfortable being picked up, he continues to improve and simply needs a snuggly-carry. A patient adopter willing to give George the time and love he needs to adjust to his new life will help him blossom into a wonderful feline companion!

A24901 Stella is a brown with white colored, approximately 10-year-old, 7-pound, spayed female, Domestic Long-Haired Cat. She entered the shelter as a stray on 01-11-2025. Stella is a friendly, social and easy to handle girl here in the shelter. Our staff describes her as a sweet senior girl who loves affection and being held. Though blind, Stella has a keen sense of hearing and gets around very well on her own. In the playroom she cautiously checked everything out. Looking in the cubbies and under furniture. But ultimately came back to us for love and affection. Our medical staff advised she has stage 2 kidney disease and should be on a kidney diet for the rest of her life. She will be a loyal, loving companion in her new forever home.

A24906 Lilith is a dilute tortie colored, approximately 4-year-old, 8-pound, spayed female, Domestic Medium-Haired Cat. She is bonded with Salem 24905, the cat she entered the shelter with, and they must be adopted together! It is clear they rely on one another for comfort. They were surrendered to our shelter on 1/11/25 because the owners were moving to a new home that wouldn't allow them. Both Salem and Lilith are sweet but quite shy and will need time and patience to adjust to their new home and humans. While they stay to the back of their kennel and don't actively seek attention, they do enjoy affection once comfortable. You'll often find them snuggled together. Per their previous owner, they have lived with dogs, cats and children. A calm environment would likely suit them best.

A25070 Bubba O'Riley is a 2-year-old, neutered-male Domestic Shorthair cat. He entered the shelter as a stray on 1/17/25. Bubba O'Riley is one cool cat--not only is he friendly, social, and affectionate: He's also a polydactyl kitty. So many toes! Though he was stressed and shy at first, time spent being fed and cared for by staff and volunteers quickly helped him settle. He now actively comes to the front of the kennel when you approach, seeking your attention. He loves pets and neck scritches and will lean his head into your hands. In the playroom he tentatively explores and may talk to you just a little bit. Left alone, he'll cozy up under a table. Upon your return, talk to him for a minute or two, and he'll squiggle back out for love!
