She is about 1 year old, she likes to play. She needs time to open up, she is quite shy maybe a bit skittish. She grew up with two of her siblings. She doesnt like being around kids too much, she tends to hide away if they seem like they are going to mess with her. She doesnt like being picked up too often, but she likes to be nearby at times and be pet a little of the time. She prefers the pretty litter, tried using clay litter which did not like. She is a slow eater, if there are other cats she would need a chance to eat cause she will let the others eat her food well at least when it comes to wet food. She kind of claws up furniture a bit, so shell need something to scratch on, maybe she wont if there are enough scratching posts but Im unsure on that.

Cayenne was an owner surrender from a hoarding-type situation. He and 6 other cats were brought into FFAA; they had never been handled by another human other than their owner. They are all slowly but surely warming up and getting comfortable with human interaction. They were around many other cats and several dogs in their previous home.Cayenne is a gorgeous mostly black cat with a noticeable salt and pepper silver/white ticking throughout his coat and a super cute, round head. He and his family have taken a little bit longer to warm up to all the new humans in their life, but recently it feels like Cayenne has taken a huge step forward! Friendly, affectionate, and social, he is coming out of his box (literally!) to greet friends, old and new.

They are all slowly but surely warming up and getting comfortable with human interaction.Thyme is full of personality! This cutie is strikingly petite. Now that she is comfy here, she's assigned herself the role of greeter of strangers. Give her enough gentle affection and she'll gladly show you peeks of her cute tummy. This little lady is an absolute delight to spend time with.

Eclipse came in just a few days before the solar eclipse did! The person who brought him had cared for him as a stray for many months but was unable to allow him into her home. She believed that he was going to make someone a fantastic inside cat, and having gotten to know him, we 100% agree! This gorgeous big boy is a typical black cat, stately upon first glance, still full of silliness and play, and absolutely gregarious. He is quick to jump onto anyone's lap, and he is a welcome, calm addition to the sometimes tense dynamics occurring in the cat adopt room! This cuddler is very tolerant and we think he would do well in a home with children who like to spend time with their pets.
