Story
Hobbes is a 12 yo male cat who loves to assess his territory at home. He loves to go outside but he is 99% an indoor cat. He only goes outside under supervision and he stays close to the house due to noises. He loves to investigate areas and plays with the laser toys and his fish toy the most. He appreciates sunny areas and lies in the sun for hours. He is low maintenance and likes to interact in the evening or Saturday by sleeping on your lap or next to you on the sofa. He is very loyal and concerned when he notices you are distressed. He loves to have his head rubbed and loves to chase things. He has spent much of his time in our sunroom watching birds and nature and sleeping in the sun. We are relocating to a smaller place in another state and looking to find a home where he can find love and new adventures even if he were to transition to outdoor activities. He has his claws so he would be ok going outside. He purrs a lot and genuinely happy.

Story
I adopted Cyrus at 7 months old from the SPCA in October 2023.. He was born with symblepharon of one eye, but that causes no issues for him. It's part of his charm. He is sweet, cuddly, silly and so playful. He has been diagnosed with FIV, so he will require someone who is familiar with those needs. His needs have become much more than I had anticipated, therefore it saddens me to have to rehome my boy.

Story
Prince is a sweet cat but cant be anxious at times. He is very friendly in low stress environments. He was an angel for 6 years. Unfortuantly my girlfriend and i decided to get two big dogs and it stressed him out so much. He now often urinates outside of the litter box due to this. We believe with the right home this will be corrected!

Story
Hi my name is Sam! I’m a 2 yr old Maine coon. I absolutely love people, playing, and plenty of naps! I’m very independent and don’t mind being left alone in the day while you’re at work as long as I can get some play and cuddles when you’re home. You can kiss my nose and pick me up. I love watching from the window sill and hanging out on the bed and comfy chairs. I love to talk with my humans. My current family calls it “chatter” but I call it fun conversation. I’ll sleep next to you or at your feet. My current family loves me very much but after some months we have all figured out that I need to be the only cat in the house. Sharing my space with other cats is too stressful for me. Rehoming me would be the best way to keep me and my current cat roommates happy. If I can be the only kitty in your home and you don’t have a dog (they scare me), please consider adopting me!

Story
Frankie (Monkey Man) is a darling, tiger and white male, born 11/9/17. Poor little guy was left in a box on the side of the road with his brother on Christmas Eve 2017 in the bad weather when he was a tiny kitten. Frankie has some back end weakness left over from chronic toxoplasmosis that he was previously treated for. Frankie is also believed by our vets to have some neurological issues...sort of making him much like a human with mild mental retardation but that's what makes him sooo cute!. He has also had to overcome a lung infection and has been doing much better now. Frankie is a sweet & happy boy that will need slow acclimation to a new home and a very patient adopter. He does have some potty issues but its getting better and he plays a little rough at first, but that has much improved. He enjoys playing with other young cats. He is obsessed with those little coil/spring cat toys. Also check out his video! Please e-mail Karin at pa4gbodine60race@aol.com if you would love to welcome him into your family. He is current on vaccines, neg. for FeLV/FIV & neutered. His adoption fee is $125. Our adoption application link is  https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FHPA/Cat July 14, 2024, 9:45 pm
