Story
Tux was born in my house and we’ve had him since then. He is about 2 years old. We just have too many cats and he gets overstimulated. He is great with other animals and especially kids; very cuddly with my 11 year old son and tolerates being picked up and loved on. Would be good in any home, but would thrive as an only cat (he is better with dogs than he is with other cats)

Story
Wonka is aptly named for his “wonky” leg; although this birth deformity does not disable him in the slightest! He is able to walk, run, climb, and get around just as well as any other cat. Wonka is a very lovey-dovey boy who requires a lot of cuddles and love. He is great with other cats, dogs, and small children. Neutered and chipped, indoor cat and litter-trained.

Story
Hello, I'm Jenn. I may seem timid at first, but that's just because I'm still getting used to this place. Everything's so new and different. I'm not used to all the sounds and smells yet. I'm gentle, you see. I prefer quiet moments, soft whispers, and gentle touches. I may be a little scared, but I'm brave too. I'm learning to trust again, to let my guard down, to play and explore. I promise, if you give me a chance, I'll be the best friend you could ever ask for. I'm more than just a shelter kitten, I'm Jenn, and I'm ready to love and be loved. Will you be my forever home? For more information, contact info@texasanimalsociety.org or call Susan at 330-518-8604.Interested in adopting a companion cat from Texas Animal Society? Please email info@texasanimalsociety.com and complete online adoption application at texasanimalsociety.orgCome visit our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/www.texasanimalsociety.org/

Story
Hello there, I'm Jenny. Why does no one see the beauty in my eyes and my gentle nature. I've waited a really long time for my family to find me. Where are you? I am waiting patiently for you. I've got a heart full of sweetness and a mind that's as sharp as a tack. I'm the independent type, but I'm also quite friendly. I love a good chin scratch, but I also enjoy my alone time, curled up in a cozy corner. I am gentle most of the time, and only play rough when agitated... just 'read' the signs and you'll learn my preferences. I am fiercely loyal to those I care about. I am quick to learn the routine. I'm looking for a forever home...a place where I can truly be myself and be understood. Txt my foster, Karen, at 713-419-9900. I would love to meet you and go to my forever home.Interested in adopting a companion cat from Texas Animal Society? Please email info@texasanimalsociety.com and complete online adoption application at texasanimalsociety.orgCome visit our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/www.texasanimalsociety.org/

Story
My name is Temple, but my foster mom calls me Tempera (mental); she says that I am one of those "hard to adopt cats." I have no idea why: I am adorable and love to be petted; but only when I tell you to do so. You must respect my space! (I won't respect yours, though, but that's your problem because you are a human and I am a cat, so when I want love and petting, I will get them!)  I like to hang out around humans all the time, but I do have a clear preference for men. (I guess my foster mother is also OK, she feeds me.) I am well behaved: I almost never meow; I don't scratch furniture nor chew on anything.  I am looking for an experienced cat person with the time and patience to help me feel secure and happy. I will do better in a house with no other pets because I am unique and special; I don't like to share my humans, (some might even call me sassy). No children, please.November 6, 2024, 4:32 pm
