He LOVES toys and will spend hours carrying them and batting them around the house. When it's nap time his foster brothers come find him to cuddle, you will always find him cuddled up with one of them. If you sit too long he will come and stretch out in your lap. He currently lives in a home with a medium size dog and has no issues with her.ASVT does not have a facility; all of our adoptable pets live in volunteer foster homes until they are adopted. He is playful and curious about everything, we tell him he's nosey. He loves toys and playing with his foster brothers. He is currently living with a medium sized dog and he doesn't pay any attention to her and she returns the favor. He loves to keep you company when you go to the restroom and will jump in your lap the moment you sit down. He likes affection on his terms, he will literally jump in your arms if he can't get you to pay attention to him. He doesn't know the concept of 'personal space', whether it be animal or humna. He hasn't met a stranger and loves to greet everyone who visits. On pretty days he loves to lay on the window sill and watch the birds and squirrels. ASVT does not have a facility; all of our adoptable pets live in volunteer foster homes until they are adopted. No one takes a salary so all donations and grants are used for the rescue animals. I am the fabulous, dapper kitty, Licorice. I walk my catwalk daily, dressed to the nines in my black and silver striped "kitty coat" and my purrrrrfectly detailed, handsome eyes. I look confident in my photo shoot but I must admit, I ask myself, "Will "hoomans" like me?" I really do want you to like me as I am reserved and cautious at first. I am independent, low maintenance, l respond best to life at my own pace. I am purrrrfectly designed for a family on the go. I like to explore my surroundings with my sista' Pixie Stick, she has been adopted and I have really come out of my shell. I love to lay on the bed with my hoomans (receiving lots of pets and kitty love), eat kitty snacks and watch sports on TV. I especially am drawn to tennis, but I like basketball and football as well. I prefer a quiet, smaller area I can periodically go to when I put myself into bed for an afternoon kitty nap, overnight rest, or need a zen moment. I am a fierce hunter of my feathered kitty wand and my toys. You can quickly enter my heart and good graces with salmon flavored kitty treats, interactive playtime and a daily kitty back massage. I was rescued by mature adults (that's what they call themselves anyway) and have not had the opportunity to be acquainted with small children. At the moment I reside in a household with 2 small dogs, I've had no disagreements with them. If you are after some company without neediness and would like a furever roommate who can go about playing "cat business" independently, I would give my right paw to meet you.July 15, 2024, 1:47 am
