Story
Hi! I am Wesley. I am a handsome German Shepherd mix pup that is waiting for new adventures and a wonderful home to call my own. My foster mom wanted to send an update on my status though, and she said I am doing great, my development has been excellent. All I need now is to find a forever home to finish my growing and learning. I would like a home with older children and a fenced yard. Please come and see me at the shelter on Saturdays. I promise you will not be disappointed. Story
If you are looking for a handsome, loving and devoted friend....Charlie might be your man. He is extremely people friendly, and longs to be by your side. Charlie has never been around cats and he needs to be an only dog. He has met older children. He is used to having a fenced yard and we are requiring the same for his new home as well. Charlie is an incredible German Shepherd as you will see once you meet him for yourself. A potential home with breed experience is a plus.DOB 7/23/19 90 PoundsI'm waiting for a home to call my own. email webmaster@petrefuge.com to learn more about me or fill out an application at https://www.petrefuge.com/adoptPet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. Story
I’m Tyson! I was another sweet dog that ended up at the shelter due to living outside during the cold temperatures. I’m 1 year and 86 pounds. I have done really well testing with other dogs here. I have been submissive with the dogs that I have met. I know sit and lay down. I am a smart boy. The shelter would offer foster to adopt if you have a house hold with cats to see how I do in a home environment with cats. I did pass cat testing at the shelter and ignored the office cat, even when he came up multiple times to sniff my nose. My owner did say I got along with children but I would knock small toddlers down. I do not know my own size. I definitely will jump up on you occasionally but I listen well when I am told down. I love to go for walks! I don’t enjoy being in a kennel here at all. My dream would be to live with a family with a fenced in back yard where I can run and play. I am doing well with my potty training. I’m a very lovable and cuddly guy. I do not know a stranger. I am also not known to be territorial in my yard. I am a friendly boy that just wants to be loved.
