Ruddy is a happy little guy who loves to play with other dogs and toys and is the life of the party. He has not been socialized around many people and will need time to adjust before feeling comfortable with being picked up. Due to his lack of socialization, he would be most successful in an adult only home with another resident dog. Please apply to meet Ruddy soon. He is in a great foster home and his foster parents are happy to answer any questions you may have. Gwenny came to us after her family could no longer care for her. She is cautious around new people, but is slowly coming out of her shell. Pepper was a rescue from Seattle Humane. She was five months old when I got her in January of last year. She’s had all her shots and been on worm/flea medicine monthly. She was clearly abused before I got her because she was terrified of anyone and everything when she first came to stay with me. I trained her about going potty outside, and taught her to trust. She’s really come out of her shell, and is sweet, loving, and fun to spend time with.

And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of your family!!!! I was pulled from a local shelter thinking I'd be doing 10 to life but I was so frightened until this rescue got me pulled for scared behavior! I am a tad bit shy at first meet but with some patience and a whole lot of love, I have since blossomed into a very sweet loving gal. I bonded pretty quickly in my foster home but I'd do best in a quieter home where my person could work from home or is retired. I would also do best in a home without small kiddos but I do well with the other dogs in my foster home and love to play with them! I'm probably around 2years old and I come in at about 20lbs. I'm house trained but not so fond of the crate. I do love to be where you are whether it's beside you on the couch or snoozing in my doggie bed beside your computer while you work. I'm pretty mellow and don't need a whole lot of exercise but I do love to sniff everything in the yard and playing with the other pups is just grand!!! I've got a short coat that is super easy in the maintenance department, kind of a wash-n-go type of gal. You do know what that means, don't ya? Yep yep, more time for the spoil me rotten department!! I am sooooo ready to find me a family and be that lil heartbeat at your feet or preferably on your lap, so if you think I'd be a pawsome fit for your home, please stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application! Story
Ziggy is an almost 6 years old loveable boy he is kennel trained, bell trained and house trained. He walks amazing on a slip lead leash. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old. About 9 months old noticed some reactivity toward children, other dogs and new people. He also resource guards bones and high valued chewies. I paid hundreds of dollars for 2 private trainers who said he is not aggressive but reactive. I have hesitated on rehoming him because I love him and I’m fearful people will not be understanding of his quirks and mistake him for aggressive. In my experience he has not been the dog park kind of dog. Extremely reactive toward other dogs. Unfortunately rehoming him seems like the best option at this point to improve his quality of life. He needs an owner able to put energy into his training and reactivity and I have not been successful thus far.

Cece is a sweet, eight year old chihuahua mix, her companion passed away from heart failure and she has not been the same since. She is still a sweet girl, but definitely misses her daddy. Now that her companion is gone, her current owner has seizures and cannot adequately take care of her as her owner is moving into an assisted living home. Cece is a sweet, cuddly girl and needs someone that is attentive and likes to spend time together.
