Story
Meet Harley! This chubby little girl is the most adorable girl you will ever meet. She likes spending time with you, she loves playing with the ball but she prefers time by your side more. When I say she's really adorable, it's because she is! She plays with other dogs, small, medium or large, she lives with cats although sometimes she usually runs after them to play (And cats that are not used to dogs don't like that) Potty trained with potty pads, crate trained, and good with adults and children. With strangers she is usually sociable, she is a very curious, loyal dog, and ready to play with you and receive cuddles at all times. She loves to give you kisses on the face, give you her paw to play with and she will always receive you from work with a huge smile. The $350.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to San Diego, CA. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash. The adoption fee does not include transportation to North of San Diego

Story
The rescue was contacted about Rhonda because she was a street dog who had a terrible skin infection on her rear leg. Her advocate had already started treating it but she really needed to be off the street in a clean environment for the treatment to be successful. It took about 2 months but we were finally able to get this skin infection to clear and the wounds that it caused to close completely! She is now ready for her forever home! She loves playing in the yard and lounging in the Sun for long naps. She is not a high-energy dog, she prefers to snuggle and hang out around the house. She is very sweet and absolutely loves getting attention and kisses!

Story
Clyde came in as a group of dogs surrendered by an elderly woman who was unable to care for her pets anymore. Bonnie, Clyde, and Denny were surrendered together. They were kept in crates the majority of the time so they are still learning socialization skills. in addition They have alot of anxiety so they need someone who understands dealing with a fearful dog. They are not very comfortable with touching at first so you would need to provide a safe space for them to grow and work through their difficulties.

Story
This might be cheesy, but Mozzarella will melt your heart! Oh, hi there! My name is Mozzarella. Just like my name, I’m an irresistible fan favorite. I’m sweet, snuggly, and ready for a furever family. I’m still just a pup at 1 year old and 18 pounds. I’m an adorable Corgi mix and a spayed, healthy girlie. I was brought to TAP from Riverside shelter almost on the verge of euthanasia, and being with a foster has been much better for me. I had 6 pups in TAP care and now it’s mama’s turn to shine. The only thing that would make me even happier is a place to call home! I’m a super sweet gal who is coming out of her shell. I’m a little anxious as I adjust to this new lifestyle. You can sometimes find me hiding under furniture with a sock that I mischievously “borrowed.” I do well with other dogs and enjoy exploring the yard. Since I’m a bit nervous it’s best if I’m not in a home with kids. I like to chase birds, so cats and I probably wouldn’t be besties. When I’m not sniffing around, you can find me cuddled up for some pets or snoozing at your feet. I make the best pawsonal assistant! As I’m acclimating to my new surroundings, I’m slowly dipping my paws into training. I still need some Puppy 101 (bathroom training) and can’t wait to start learning from my people. I get a little sad when left alone but will calm down shortly. Most of all, I need to work on building my confidence through lots of positive reinforcement and encouragement. I am currently on Levetiracetam (~$20.00 for 1 months supply; price may vary based on market value and where purchased) to monitor and treat a seizure disorder. Follow up and routine care will be needed with established vet. If you’re looking for a sweetheart who will quickly steal a pizza your heart– Mozz is your girl! I’m a loving, cuddlebug who would do best in a mellow home. I would benefit from training and time developing my comfort and confidence. So what do you say? Let’s meet and you’ll see that Mozzarella is imPASTAble to resist! My adoption fee is $450 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip. If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/   ##1868163##
