***NEEDS ADOPTED TO A PET-FREE HOME - NO EXCEPTIONS*** Currently in Boise, ID, adopter must reside within 200 miles of Boise, preference given to those closer to Boise. If you're looking for a quiet, constant companion, she may be the girl for you! ANNIE is a senior corgi (age unknown but ~11-12), she weighs 28 pounds and is a sweet dog with her people. She rides well in the car, is house-trained, and crate-trained. She is a spunky girl who loves short walks, cuddling on the bed, puzzle feeders, and playing tug-of-war. She is very sweet with people and knows how to ride in a backpack. ANNIE has arthritis in both front shoulders and is on a pain reliever and joint supplement to keep her agile. She will also need to be on a prescription or high quality pet food to make sure she does not develop bladder stones. Must haves: - Lots of love to give to a senior dog - No other pets or frequently visiting pets - Securely fenced yard - Single level home (preferred)

Story
Indy is a 5 Y/O Corgi. He weighs ~30 lbs, is neutered, chipped, and is UTD on vaccines. He has nice house manners, is cat friendly, crate trained, and is ready to be your new adventure buddy! He enjoys playing fetch, cooling off with the garden hose, and would love hiking. He has great recall and has been through a formal training program. He's a typical corgi in that he needs a lot of physical & mental stimulation and loves to be with his people. Indy has a playful, joyful temperament but is seeking a patient home who will respect his boundaries and will work with him. Indy does come with some baggage due to prolonged use of a shock collar in his previous home — could you be the understanding home that he needs? He has anxiety and he is seeking a patient forever home who is willing willing to show him that the world is not a scary place. He also needs to be fed and treated separately from other dogs, and because of this, we are not comfortable placing him in a home with children.
