Location Troy, MO Application at leiashope.org What’s not to love about those big ears, adorable face, oh and that corgi butt is the best!! Samantha is a very active girl who loves freedom!! She is constantly on the move, exploring, playing with toys, chewing on everything, and loving all the attention. True to her breed she has been seen herding the kitties. She does have quite a voice and uses it when she is unfamiliar with a noise. She has already learned the stairs to the couches. Plays hard and naps hard like a puppy. Samantha can be shy at first but quickly warms up. She is good with other dogs and is currently teething. She likes to chew on anything and everything, including fingers, so she will need safe items to chew, and not fingers :) Samantha would enjoy a playmate in her next home and we will be seeking a home with a young playful dog or kids. Samantha's adoption is $550. She is microchipped, current on vaccines, and on monthly flea and heart worm prevention. She is not spayed as we do not spay/neuter until at least 6 months of age. A spay/neuter contract will be required and a $200 reimbursement will be paid to your vet at the time of spay/neuter. Applications at leiashope.org. NOTE: WE ARE A VOLUNTEER RAN ORGANIZATION AND OUR APPLICATION PROCESS CAN TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS, DEPENDING ON OUR AVAILIBILITY AND YOUR REFERENCES. ALL OF OUR DOGS ARE IN FOSTER HOMES AND NOT AT A CENTRAL LOCATION. AN APPROVED APPLICATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE WE DO MEET AND GREETS. WE DO NOT SHIP OR TRANSPORT DOGS. YOU MUST COME TO THE LOCATION OF THE DOG TO MEET AND ADOPT. Dogs are a commitment for THEIR lifetime. For puppies this could be 15 years. If YOU cannot commit to the lifetime of the DOG, please do not apply. Puppies under 9 months must go to a home where there is someone home frequently (works from home or a partner is home), can adequately socialize and train the puppy, and can keep up with puppy energy!
