Story
Rebel is a smaller guy who has had a bit of a rough start. He was a stray for a while before he was taken to the pound then ultimately ended up with Rescue K-911. We noticed he had a sore so when he went to get his vetting done, they found what they think was a bullet imbedded near his chest. It was removed, he was caught up on vetting, and now he is settled into a foster home. Due to his history of running and his attempts to "bail" out of vehicles, we are looking for a furever home with a fenced in yard. He does best with another dog to help with his confidence as he is a little bit scared understandably in new environments. He will freely give out kisses once he knows you though! Story
We have come to a heartbreaking decision about our dog Gnarly. Gnarly deserves a family that meets his needs. While he is a great dog for us, he has extreme possessive and food related aggression towards other dogs. This has led to multiple dog fights. We have tried prevention tactics and medication, but we know the only 100% prevention would be for him to be in an ONLY DOG HOME. With our baby on the way we are more than concerned. GNARLY deserves to be in a home that doesn't make him feel like he has to protect or aggress. We have only had him 6 months, he was a stray, and know nothing of his past. He is fully house trained and is excellent on a leash. He likes to be outside with us and uses the dog door to access the fenced yard. Gnarly is GREAT WITH CATS. His best friend here is a cat named Poli, and they play everyday. GNARLY IS very LOVING, and wants to build a relationship with a family. .

Introducing Raspberry, the corgi queen who knows how to rule the roost with style! At almost 3 years old, Raspberry is a natural leader with a sweet personality. She's the dominant female of her foster pack and will need a larger, submissive dog if you have one in order to thrive in her home. Applications with dogs her size or smaller will not accepted. Raspberry adores plush pillows and cozy couch cuddles, and she prefers to be the center of your attention - so Raspberry will need a strong leader to show her all doggos can be loved. Raspberry is crate trained but loves being by your side and is fully house-trained. She gets along reasonably well with cats but will assert her authority if they run. Her strong breed leadership instincts mean she needs an experienced owner who can appreciate her assertive nature and keep harmony in the home with consistent directions. While Raspberry can exist with many dogs, dog parks are not recommended for her. Raspberry is a joy on a leash and enjoys her daily walks around the neighborhood. Her adoption fee of $350 includes her vaccines, spay, microchip, and heartworm prevention. Raspberry is ready to bring her charm and personality into a loving home. Breed experience preferred.
