Story
Danny Devito got his name from his short body and attitude. He is full of personality and loves to play fetch. Danny likes children and had his very own little girl with his previous owner. He seems to love everyone he meets. Danny is house trained, crate trained and fully vetted. We are still working on leash training, as he thinks he needs to say Hi to everyone we pass. Danny gets along with the foster cats, but he has been known to chase cats. His perfect forever home will be one where he is an only child that gets all the attention and gets to play fetch till he drops. He does have a best friend, a female foster in his current home, that he plays with for hours, so he does get along with other female dogs, It just depends on the dog. If you think Danny might be a good fit for your family email us at info@muttsandmittens.com

BREED-Corgi Mix. SEX-Female; SIZE-Small; WEIGHT-20 lbs.; AGE-Approximately 2 Years; SPAY/NEUTER-Yes; HOUSETRAINED-Currently Uses Doggie Door; GOOD WITH KIDS-Yes; GOOD WITH DOGS-Yes; GOOD WITH CATS-Unknown; HISTORY-Rescued From A Local Shelter; ADOPTION FEE-$300;Hello there, I'm Brandy! You know, I didn't always live in a shelter. I used to be a free-roaming, squirrel-chasing, fun-loving dog. Then one day, I mistook a police car for a giant, noisy cat and gave chase. You should've seen the officer's face! I was brought here, but don't worry, I've learned my lesson. No more chasing cars for me, just toys and my own tail! I'm friendly, playful, and I promise to keep you laughing with my antics. If you need a dose of joy in your life, I'm your girl!March 9, 2025, 10:27 am

Story
Meet the Marvelous Marvel! Marvel is a 4-year-old Corgi and German Shepherd mix and is truly one of the sweetest girls youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153ll ever meet. She loves cuddles, tug of war, and lots and lots of pets. She is the ideal companion for walks or runs and is extremely loyal and fun-loving. She does have some anxiety and can get nervous very easily but as long as you give her lots of love she will calm right down. She loves other dogs and is always SUPER excited to meet new people but she can also be cautious around them if the vibes are a little off. Marvel is a big personality and she thrives off of attention and affection. She has trouble getting her nails trimmed and will let you know it, but she is good at bath time and potty time and is extremely intelligent about reading peopleâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s emotions. Marvel is crate-trained and house-trained and is extremely intuitive about commands. Currently, she knows â&#194&#128&#194&#156sitâ&#194&#128&#194&#157, â&#194&#128&#194&#156downâ&#194&#128&#194&#157 and â&#194&#128&#194&#156crateâ&#194&#128&#194&#157 (except for when she is very excited or nervous). She would make an excellent companion to someone with a large yard who can dedicate lots of love to her. She is good with other dogs and cats but may be a little too excitable for a home with young children. Marvel would be a wonderful addition to your home if you love a sweet and loyal personality! Story
Chai is now 12 weeks old and keeping busy! This week, she has been working on potty training and learning basic commands like sit, come, and leave it. While she hasn’t mastered them yet, she is highly food-motivated and enjoys short training sessions. She loves following her foster mom around, sitting at her feet, and looking up with those irresistible puppy eyes—always hoping for a treat. Chai is happy, playful, and loves romping around with toys or other dogs before settling down for a nap. We've sent off a DNA test for Chai's sister Mocha, and will share the results as soon as they arrive. If breed makeup and adult size are not a concern we are accepting appllications.  If you would like to adopt a dog from Rescue Row please fill out an application at www.rescuerowinc.org *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 48 hours. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex.
