Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.

Meet the Lovable Latte! She is a 1-year-old 20-pound mixed breed, with a shiny tan/back coat and the sweetest brown eyes youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153ll ever see. Latte was adopted from a local shelter about 10 months ago and has quickly settled into her new home. She is microchipped and up to date with shots. Latte is an energetic pup who loves to run around the yard and play with her toys. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is a curious pup. Latte enjoys playing tug-of-war and always keeps the fun going! An ideal home for Latte would be one with an active family who can keep up with her playful nature, and a fenced-in yard where she can run and explore. Latte loves to curl up on the couch with her humans after a fun day of play and is always looking for cuddles. She is a total lap dog at heart and enjoys snuggling up next to you for some quality bonding time. She is house-trained and crate trained. We are unfortunately having to rehome our dog, Latte, due to severe allergies in our household.
