Duke is a very large European Doberman. He is one year old registered AKC. I have two autistic children, one is severely autistic and I just do not have the time to take with him. He’s very smart. will sit and lay down if you reward him with a treat Loves to play and gets along well with our other dog. He still has a lot of puppy in him. He has been showing signs of dominance and occasionally nips, but I have no doubt if someone would take the time with him this would not continue to be an issue.

She was rescued off a street by a Good Samaritan who noticed her being followed by pack of male dogs when she was in heat. She was taken to SOS El Arca Animal Rescue where she received love and care. Iris’ personality shines so she got her freedom ticket to New York and is being fostered in Danbury, CT. Iris is a precious 3 year-old girl, weight 55 lbs and has so much love to give! Ideal home for her would include a yard but with regular walks, apartment living could suit her well. She is mostly a quiet girl, an occasional bark may sneak out for a knock, and she settles in nicely, with the ability to entertain herself or find a cozy spot for a little nap. She walks well on a leash and loves going on walks. She is crate trained but she prefers to sleep on her dog bed, or on the couch next to his foster people. She loves to go on runs with her 3 foster siblings. Abby is a 7 month old feisty girl who is confident, outgoing, fun and full of joy, plus resilient! Abby was found on the side of a very busy road with a funny walk. The vet thinks she may have fell or was thrown from a vehicle. Even after the hurt she was ready to show love and gratefulness to the sweet family that picked her up. She went to the vet, and they said she had a small fracture that required crate rest for a bit and so she did just that. After lots of kennel rest Abby is ready for her next fun adventure and to make up for lost time. Abby is great with other dogs of all sizes. Her foster family has five other dogs that are mixed breeds and vary in size, and Abby is friends with all of them. She even does well with cats. Doesn’t even blink an eye around them. Shes started doggie daycare with her foster siblings and got great reviews from the daycare. She was shy at first but quickly warmed up to all of the dogs and staff. Since Abby was on crate rest when she was rescued she is learning potty training with her foster family and she is quickly understanding how to tell her foster mom she has to go outside. Food is Abby’s best friend and she loves getting a good girl treat after she goes potty outside. She loves celery, carrots, broccoli and lots of dog friendly fruits. Per Abby’s DNA test, she is Labrador retriever, German Shepherd, and Doberman. We’d be happy to share more of her DNA results with her perfect forever family. She is located in San Antonio, TX, but transport is included with her adoption fee. All out of state adoptions with transports gets a health certificate before leaving and all of pets are fully vetted to age, fixed, chipped and have rabies vaccine.
