Story
Hey there, I`m Ranger! I`m a friendly, goofy, playful, and energetic guy, but don`t let that fool you, I`ve got a mellow side too. I`m also smart and fiercely loyal. I`ve got this little quirk though, I`m a bit of an escape artist. I like to think of it as a talent. Kennels, yards, you name it, I can find my way out. I guess you could say I have a bit of anxiety, but hey, who doesn`t? Despite my quirks, I promise to be your most loyal companion. I`m independent, yet I yearn for a forever home where I can share my love and energy. Adopting me would mean endless fun, loyalty, and a best friend forever.

Story
Violet is a 4 year old sweetheart. She has been in only one home her whole life, and was raised around kids. She is looking for a new home few to downsizing and medical issues from owners. She is incredibly sweet and would be her happiest going for walks with an active family, and sleeping on the couch next to her new people.

Doc (Doberman) and Tank (Yellow Lab) checking back in to say hello! We`re still in search of a forever home together, won`t it be yours? We go to adoption events and outings all the time and do so well meeting everyone. There`s no such thing as a stranger to us, just friends we haven`t met yet. Kids dont bother us, other chill dogs are no issue either, and we`re both potty trained. We`re also part of the `Best Buds` adoption program where you pay one adoption fee for the both of us like a BOGO! Please someone adopt us two spunky seniors together, we`re the best boys ever! The kennels here are almost full and now would be a great time to adopt. Not ready to adopt? Consider temporarily fostering! We provide all supplies, you provide the love! Get more fostering details here: https://www.norfolk.gov/261/Foster-Program

Story
This is Malibu. She is a 3 year old German Shepherd/Doberman mix. I have had her since she was a puppy and she is truly the sweetest most sensitive dog I’ve ever met. She does great with other dogs and kids. She has been around babies and kids from ages 0-16 and we have never had an issue. It is breaking my heart to have to rehome her but we are moving and will be relocating to an apartment. She is a very active breed and I want her to go to someone who has the time and capacity to take her on lots of walks and hikes. She loves car rides, any body of water to swim in, sunbathing, and cuddling on the couch. She is fully house trained and knows many basic commands. The only thing we could never get her to stop doing is she does get excited and likes to jump when she greets new people! When she is used to you this stops but some people do get intimidated by this purely because of her size. (She is 80-90 lbs.) I have never seen her be aggressive or mean. I hope we find her a new home!
