Meet Mack. He’s is between 10 months to a year old shepherd mix. Mack is also very excitable ands uses he’s mouth when he first meets you but minds when corrected. He is high energy so he would do best with a family with children 12 or older. He walks go on a lead and only pulls until he’s out side the shelter gates. He needs a boy who is looking for a best friend to grow up with and be his companion. Please come and meet Mack and his other friends at our shelter.

Lobo is a lab mix between 8 to 12 months old. He uses his mouth when he first meets you and gets very excited to have company. But he settles down quickly and asks for you to be his playmate while your visiting. Lobo is very smart and appears to learn very quickly. He loves to go for walks and doesn’t pull on the lead. When it’s time for him to return to his kennel he likes to have a stuff animal to cuddle with. He does get frightened by thunderstorms and stays snuggled in his bed with his stuffed animal. I think he would fit into a family with children over 12 who would be his best friend(s). He will make a great family dog and be a loyal companion for life. She chases cats but has never hurt one. She gets along with other dogs once introduced and told they are ok. She is great with men women and children. She needs a job. She needs to be kept busy. I am currently working and single parenting and in college full time. We cannot be with her as much as we used to and she is acting out because of it. She needs to be kept busy or with a family or person that can spend more time with her. She has been raised on a ranch and is familiar with horses. She does not like them very much. She has been around chickens ducks and turkey and pretty much ignores them. She loves to be cuddled and pet. Can be very demanding for attention especially as we are gone so much now. She would be great if her education is taken farther she is SMART

Hello my name is Anhoom pronounced AN-OOM. Im a little over a year old. Im a fun loving dog. I enjoy being with my people, lounging on the couch and chewing my stuffed animal. My best friends are dogs and cats. I was raised with both. I would do well with kids. Im also create trained but don't need one as i Don't go in the house or chew things when my people are gone. I love laying at my people's feet or next to them on the couch , laying on the floor next to the bed as they sleep. I really enjoy car rides. Im a bit nervous in new situations but well behaved. Im not to hyper active im Excited when my people come home or I come in from outside but it doesn't last long. Ask me to sit I will. Unfortunately my owner has become disabled and unable to care for me and my brothers as the financial strain is to great. They are having to look into having to down size homes so Unfortunately I must find a new couch to warm and other hearts to melt.
