Here is sweetie Minori! She is a 1.5 year old German shorthair pointer! She is 45 pounds. Minori is very loving of her humans and loves any chance for a kiss! As you can see she also loves her fellow dogs, but personalities of other dogs in the home must be discussed before adoption. She does not have to be the only dog in the home but would give you the love of 1,000 dogs!! She has been in a home with cats and did well, and every interaction she has had with kids has been great! Happy is a German Shepherd/Labrador mix. He will be 6 years old on Valentine’s Day! I have been with him since he was four months old, and he has been the sweetest, most loyal dog I could have asked for, hence his name! Happy is a very playful, energetic dog, and at times a total couch potato. He loves walks and playing in the snow. He is my best friend. Unfortunately, my one year old daughter has a moderate allergy to dogs that is causing her great stress. I can provide all veterinary documents citing his previous vaccines and treatments. He is up to date on all vaccines and he’s very healthy for his age! I am looking for a kind family or individual to adopt my sweet boy.

Ariel is such a wonderful dog. She is 5 years old, 65 pounds, is super smart (knows how to sit on command, etc), is very active, and requires a lot of exercise/walks. She doesn't like to play with toys very much, although sometimes she just carries a small toy around in her mouth but doesn't necessarily play with it. Otherwise she ignores all toys. However, she loves chews like rawhide and/or rawhide-free alternatives, bones, etc. Ariel has been attending daycare at Home Sweet Home East for 6 months and loves it there. I adopted her in July of last year, so I have had her about 6 months now. Please note: Ariel needs to be in a cat-free, dog-free, child-free home. She has been having behavioral issues toward my cats and is very stressed, and I am having trouble getting everyone to live in harmony at my house. Although it breaks my heart, I wonder if she would be so much happier and less stressed if she lived in a home without cats. She would need to be the only dog in a household.

Hi everyone, my name is Roscoe. I am the sweetest dog you will ever meet. I love my current owner so much but I know she cannot give me what I need. I would love to have a backyard to run around and just more space. Right now I live in an apartment and I am alone a lot. My owner works many hours and is not home with me too much. I do okay by myself but love being around people. I am very affectionate and love to cuddle. I am not good with dogs but maybe after some training, I would be better. My current owner just has not been able to afford it. I love chewing on bones and playing with my toys. I was adopted in 2020 at only 7 months old and I am now 5 years old. I do not chew on things or go potty in the house. I would love for someone to take a chance on me so I can live a happier life. Every dog deserves the best and I should be no different. I love so much and only want that love in return. I just need owners who will have the time to be with me.

Rick’s birthday is in April, he is a little over 1 year old. He is a loving boy he loves attention, cuddles, toys, treats, and being outside. Sadly I need to rehome him because he does not get along with his brother. Majority of the time they do get along but there are moments where I can tell neither want to be around the other and there is not enough room in my apartment for that.
