Story

We have no idea how we still have this cute little fella, but he turned 1 in rescue. Jojo was a stowaway into our rescue as he was born 13 days after we pulled his mother from a West Virginia shelter. He was the final of the 3 puppies but certainly hit the ground running. He is a very nice size, weighing in at a stocky 33 pounds. He loves to play outside, especially with the other dogs where he is in foster and is also fine to just lay on the sofa and chew a femur bone, Kong or Nylabone. We do know his entire history and he has never suffered abuse or neglect and is a very well-rounded pup. He has been handled by many people since minute 1, received lots of enrichment toys from his mother's puppy-baby shower and has continued to have both mental and physical stimulation to make him very agreeable to most situations. He will walk on a leash but could definitely use more practice and would also bond well with a new family through completion of a basic obedience class with his new family. His brother and sister were both top of their class in the respective courses they completed. He loves to play, but does like to pounce so we would not recommend him as a playmate to a Toy breed dog or a cat. He isn't aggressive at all, just doesn't understand his body size and strength. Looking at him you may think he is a little non-descript black dog, but when you meet him you will find out he is so much more. He is loving, devoted and completely loyal to those that love him. I don't actually need any money!. My girl is a loving and adorable girl who needs someone who can love her better than I can. The pictures you see are from Florida. I got hit with hurricane Helene and we've been recovering in Kentucky since. I just don't have the money and time anymore to take care of her properly. I can leave her with a big bag of food and all her toys, her harness as well. I just want her to be happy. she's a very very loving dog, she's so floppy and cuddly. She's also VERY sassy lol. Her favorite thing are tennis balls!!! She goes crazy for them. She's 3 years old, her birthday is JANUARY 9TH. I used to take her out in public with her super cute dress (ruined by Helene) and everyone would stop and pet her, she's so cute! She knows basic commands like sit, lay down, off. :) PS: SHE HAD FLEAS. when I moved to Kentucky with her, I moved into a flea infested room. I've spent about $200 to get her fleas rid of, but she has hot spots! I will give you a new cone and itch

My favorite things are jumping and bouncy balls. But no restraint for me, Thanks. If I were a dessert, I’d be a slice of apple pie with a scoop of ice cream. Nikita is a 6-year-old German shepherd with food allergies. She is currently on a prescription diet. She is very driven and active. Nikita would do best in a home without cats and a very active human. She loves to always pack around a toy in her mouth and will chase her tail for days. Nikita's Wishlist consists of Purina HA Salmon, Fortiflora Calm, Kong dog toys, and an orthopedic dog bed. Meet Nikita! Her favorite thing to do is chase her tail, but she is not as into cat friends. She needs more exercise than a bodybuilder. The most important thing to know about Nikita is that she must always carry something in her mouth.

Roscoe is a young, sweet, and energetic dog who would love to go for a run with you. He is a typical heal/Ausie/cattle type dog, so he would be best in a house without cats and small children. He would love a house with active young adults or teenagers. Roscoe is working on basic commands and is crate-trained. He is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccines. He loves to give kisses, work food puzzles, and play fetch. Meet Rosco! His favorite thing is his turkey leg stuff toy. He needs lots of exercise. If he were a dessert, He'd be a s'more. Rosco's perfect day would be to run in the morning, lay in the grass, and chew on his favorite toy.
