Story
Dreamy is a Terrier mix and is at least 1 year old. He is up to date on his vaccinations is neutered and housetrained. Dreamy is a runner, one of most high risk runners we have had to date. When you first meet Dreamy he won’t trust you completely. He will be your friend and come to greet you, but until he begins to trust you he will run away. He has been a victim of running from gunshots, abusive men, children and hiding. Dreamy has learned so much in the short time that we’ve had him. He loves to be with his person 24 hours a day. He loves toys and loves the kitty pool. He loves to play tug-of-war with the other dogs , and if he is left alone, he will shred his bed and break out of his kennel. So this boy will require a heavy duty kennel and a 6 to 8 fenced yard. Dreamy has to be kenneled when you are not home. He does not have a mean bone in his body, just wants to spend time with his doggy friends and his people. Story
Jan, also from the Grease litter, is a 5 month Husky mix. She is a very energetic and smart little girl who is very food motivated, which helps a lot with training. At present she sits on command and knows leave it/take it and is working on her recall, down, and stay. She willingly goes in the kennel when her fosters leave the home (with a bit of complaining) but prefers she not be confined at night. She loves her walks, the outdoors, and really loves play time with her foster family. Her favorite toys/activities are her flirt pole, anything she can chase around the floor, and having her ball tossed for her. Sometimes she finds her own toys if she feels she’s not being played with enough. Jan is a sweet girl who can’t wait to meet you❤️ If you would like to meet Jan, please fill out an application our website: https://pennysallbreedanimalrescue.ca/?page_id=56
