Story
Found this little guy on I-35, and need to find him a forever home. We took him to the vet, and he is in perfect health. He has hook and roundworm, but is being treated for it. He would be a great companion to a younger kid for the summer. He is a cuddle bug, and is super playful. He will definitely turn into a fetching dog. We are not too sure what breed he is, but I don't think he will get any bigger than 20-30 pounds. We think he is around 8 weeks old, so if you are not ready to take on a PUPPY, do not contact. If you think resorting to giving him to a shelter is an option, do not contact. He is a great little pup that needs a great home. Also, we have been calling him Jesse James, but he doesn't know that is his name, so freedom to name him whatever you want.

Story
Meet Howdy 🤠 Howdy was estimated to be about 1 year old but the vet believes he may be 3-4. He is a very sweet and needy boy. Our smaller dog is very chaotic and reactive and in turn, causes Howdy to become reactive. Howdy is not a reactive dog when he is by himself. He learns your routine quickly. He does well when he needs to be kenneled and he has never ever tried to destroy or chew anything. He has a very calm demeanor and is very much a giant lap dog. I believe Howdy would do best with a family or older couple that has a backyard. He does good with other dogs but is shy and timid at first. He does well with cats.

Story
Located in San Antonio Texas Meet Gerti the Border Terrier! She is our newest addition. She was found running the streets with her Dogo Argentino pal. The family that found them spent weeks trying to find their owners with no success. Gerti was not spayed and did not have a microchip. The good new is, she is now spayed, microchipped, and has had all her vaccines! The bad news is, she is heartworm positive. All though we are all very bummed about this she has a fabulous veterinarian that is taking care of her! She has started Gerti on her heartworm treatment protocol and says there is no reason why she can’t find a new home while she is undergoing treatment! Now we just need to find her that perfect place to call home! If you are interested in Gerti let us know.
