Although Miss Kitty, who is 6-years old, was the matriarch of a rather large family, she is quite content now not be the boss and be a lap cat to get some individual care. She now prefers to be the only cat. She is a beautiful medium haired black and white cat with a calm disposition. She is curious about new surroundings and likes to explore, but she will let you know with a soft "mew" that she would enjoy a time out for a soft touch. She is good with children but does not like being around dogs. Miss Kitty is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, is spayed and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time. If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. CORA is from the Cottonwood - where she was found with 4 babies. All 4 are now adopted and she is now waiting for her forever home. Cora is very pretty but quite shy. She is vigilant but not aggressive - was likely abandoned for some time before she was found. We are working to re-socialize her, patience will be needed!
