Story
Sophia and her sister, Daphne, have just arrived into the Out of the Woods program. Coming from Sheridan, Arkansas, they have lived inside a home since birth and are now about 7 months old. Sophia has long hair and is a beautiful girl. She is a bit shy at first and will need a little decompression time in a new home to get used to her new environment and people. She has been fully vetted and has been microchipped. She has been around other cats and we believe she will do well with another cat in the family, however, she has had no experience with dogs. She is litterbox trained. If you are interested in this beautiful girl, please start with the Adoption Application. The link is just below. Adoption fee is a mere $100.To make the best possible match for you and the pet, please follow the link below to complete the Adoption Application. Once your application has been processed, we'll be in contact. We cannot schedule a meet and greet without a completed application. Please go to http://ootwrescue.org/adoption to fill out an application or review our Adoption Process.Cat adoption fee is $100. Dog adoption fee is $150, unless otherwise specified.

Story
Finn is a senior sweetheart looking for a forever family who understands his special needs. This beautiful grey and white domestic long hair cat is the sweetest . He loves cuddles, and he's very affectionate. Finn will require a medical consultation with our on-site veterinarian before being adopted as he is diabetic and will require daily insulin. Because of his special diet, he will need to be the only cat in the home. Finns estimated DOB is 1/1/2016. If you have been looking to care for an animal with special medical needs, please stop by the shelter and meet sweet Finn! He would love to spend the rest of his life in your care! There is a mandatory consultation with our veterinarian before he can be adopted. Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Every pet available for adoption is current on shots spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You may submit an application online for pre-approval and to set an appointment or you can visit the shelter Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm. Please note that the kennels close for pet viewing at 4:30pm.
