Story
Hi! I'm Derby...Demo's brother. Be sure to check him out as well. We recently came to ACT having spent the first year of our life in a garage. ACT was a new experience and we were very scared. With time and love from staff and volunteers we got over our fear and started enjoying ourselves. Now we love playing, getting brushed and petted...and, of course, eating (we are big boys) and the occasional treat or some catnip is always welcome. Demo and I are very bonded and would love to be adopted together. We give each other comfort and support in adjusting to new surroundings. Come out to ACT on the weekend (open 11-4) to meet us. You can also complete an application here.

Hi! I'm Demo...I'm here at Animal Compassion Team with my brother Derby. We were very scared...having lived the first year of our life in a garage. It was a big change but with time and love from staff and volunteers (treats, catnip and play time helped!) we began to relax. Once we get to know you we love to be petted and brushed. Some of our favorite pastimes are laser light, ping pong balls, or just chasing each other around. We are very bonded and would love a home together where we would be allowed to take our time to adjust to new surroundings and new people. Go check out my brother Derby's pictures and bio. And if you would like to meet us come out to Animal Compassion Team on the weekend (open 11-4).

Story
McQueen (27336) is a domestic longhair who was officiallly brought into our care in October 2023.Mcqueen was found in our Art O'Brien Feral Cat Sanctuary in the fall of 2023. He quickly grew to be everyone's favorite out in our feral cat sanctuary for being the sweetest fluffball out there. After talking to one another, we realized we didn't know who he was! After an offical intake, it was discovered he is FIV+ and living outside was no longer the safest environment for him. While it was a big change and a bit scary at first, his social skills improved and he is now back to being the biggest sweetheart! He LOVES ear scratches and is the biggest cuddle bug! Being FIV+, his immune system is weaker than a cat his age would be. This does not affect his lifespan at all and he is still a very healthy boy! Mcqueen is required to go into an indoor only home with either no other cats or only other FIV+ cats.If you are interested in meeting McQueen (27336), please submit an application at www.valleyanimal.orgAt Valley Animal Center our mission is to unite dogs and cats with loving people. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Orange Tabby Weight: 12.64 Age: 4yrs 4mths 2wks
