Story
Aura was living outside as a very shy stray for quite some time. Suddenly she came up to the person feeding the neighborhood cats and was rubbing against her, and the person realized she needed help. She noticed she had a prolapse and asked for help. We were able to get her to the vet to be looked at and spayed, and we now have her here and available for adoption. She is still very shy, and we are slowly trying to make friends with her. She is such a gorgeous girl though! If you are interested in adopting this pet, please go to www.midwestpetrefuge.com/adopt to complete an application. Story
This is Queen she is about two years old. she is the sweetest, most lovable girl. I would really love to find her home with someone that already has a cat or would adopt another cat. I have listed on here named Baxter with her.He is in the last picture. They are very close. They were only supposed to be fosters, but I’ve had them a while, they are both spayed and neutered. I just have too many animals, so I cannot keep them looking to find them a very loving home. They would be great with children. They love all the attention they can get. I would also like to find someone that would keep in touch with me and let me know how they’re doing from time to time. I would also be willing to drive a little ways to bring them and start you out with a small bag of cat food and a litter box just wanting them to go to a good home.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Alora!Alora came to us after being spotted on her fosters "ring". Her and her two sisters Indigo and Harlow were just little black fur balls running and playing around on the porch. Guessing probably dump. Thankfully they were spotted and have living inside where it is safe and warm. Alora is almost a year old and is friendly, but a tad more reserved. Of course she would need an adjustment time in a new home at first. Such a beautiful girl and her sister Harlow looks a lot like her. Aloras maine is a little fluffier, and a little different in color. Indi is shorter hair. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. We will always be extra cautious adopting out kitties. Kitties are harder to find if they get out so please be extra careful to ensure their safety. They MUST stay inside. They must NEVER be declawed. We will ALWAYS take them back.https://www.pawsofadamscounty.com/adoption-foster-appwww.pawsofadamscounty.com

Story
This little cat (whom I named Poppy) showed up on my front porch back in March. I have no idea where she came from. She pretty much has adopted my porch and rarely leaves my porch or yard. A neighbor thought she might be interested in adopting Poppy so I had her spayed, vaccinated, chipped, and tested for feline leukemia. She came back as perfectly healthy. The vet thinks she is probably one+ years old. I make sure Poppy is fed and has water but the little thing deserves a good home (with a/c and heat!). I am also moving in a couple weeks and I am so worried what will happen to her once I leave the house. I imagine the new homeowner is not going to want her hanging around. I already have two senior pets (cat and dog) and I am not comfortable bringing in a cat with claws as I don't know how she would do with them. Due to their age, I have to put their needs first. Can someone please help this darling little cat? Thank you!
