Story
Church is a very sweet longhair black cat. He is fully vaccinated and neutered. He is young (less than 2 years old). He is talkative and loving, and gets along great with other cats and dogs. Although the mysterious type at times, he enjoys snuggles on the couch on his terms. He will likely take a couple of months to warm up to a new family like he did for us, but his charming personality is well worth the wait. Rehoming to afford my ongoing medical bills/ I am no longer able to manage the amount of cats we have because of my change in medical history.

Story
This cat is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $75 if picked up in TN.* Visit http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/cat-adoption-application/ to apply. * $150 plus transport fee (varies) for adoptions to the Northeast. Just like our beloved pirates of the Caribbean character, Jack is a one man show! He is a gorgeous black coated Domestic Long Hair with lots to say, and more love to give than it may first seem. He’s 1 year young and has plenty of affection and attention to give to his humans. Jack adores being petted and brushed and has a subtle grey fever coat on his belly that just adds to his charm. Jack is good with other cats and dogs, granted a proper introduction and he would be fine with older cat considerate children as well. He’s one handsome dude looking for his perfect match! Won’t you duel with Jack today?     Interested in adopting? Take the first step and complete an adoption application on our website: http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/adoption-apps/ If you have questions that are not covered in the profile, visit the Pet Inquiry Form: http://aarf-tn.com/contact/pet-inquiry-form/. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. March 25, 2025, 3:37 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Clair! This DIVA is ready to settle in for her remaining years with a comfortable and loving home.  Claire's owner passed away, leaving her all alone. She has had many admirers who would love to take her home, but she is a NO OTHER CATS kind of gal.  A quiet environment would suit her best.  She is loving, yet independent (typical kitty)!Clair would love to have a home with windows that she can look out of...not too much to ask! If you can put on cat tv with birds that would be even more perfect! She is perfectly content to play on her own with her favorite toys (that will go along with her, of course)--balls with bells, and her banana toy. She loves Fancy Feast wet food and treats! Clair has a slight cloudiness in her right eye. The vet says it doesn't bother her, and she's likely had it since birth.  She possibly has limited vision in that eye, but other than that, it is of no concern. Clair is up to date on vaccines, spayed and FIV/FeLV negative. Clair is currently isolated in a foster home since there are other pets in the home. For more information or to be considered for adoption, please fill out an application at https://thecatshack.rescuegroups.org/Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Adopting from The Cat Shack The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA. The first step in adoption is to... Click here to read why kittens are happier with a buddy! All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation! October 27, 2024, 9:07 pm
