Story
Hello, I'm Poe, named after the literary genius Edgar Allen Poe. I'm an adult cat who loves to explore every nook and cranny of my surroundings. My curiosity knows no bounds! I am just as cuddly as I am curious. I love to curl up in a warm lap and purr the day away. I've been neutered, so you won't have to worry about any unexpected surprises. I'm looking for a home where my inquisitive nature will be appreciated and my cuddly side will be cherished. If you're looking for a cat with a big personality and a bigger heart, I'm your guy. Adopt me and let's create our own exciting tales together. Adoption Fee | $35.00 Please call 972-524-4709 with any other questions or if you would like more information. Our adoption fee for our animals includes: All vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter, deworming, and tick/flea treatment.

Story
She’s super sweet!!! I have a one year old and she’s great with him…when she was just a baby her previous owners must have dropped her by accident she had broken her tail and it healed crooked…it doesn’t hurt her at all which is great I made sure to take her to the vet and confirm that also it doesn’t show at all unless you feel it and it just makes her tail smaller and puffier…she loves to be pet and cuddles…she really is super sweet…

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.North Texas Cat Rescue P.O Box 1504 McKinney, TX 75070 214.454.9395 www.northtexascatrescue.com We have a bit of an unusual situation; we have a bonded trio of cats. We’re fairly certain that Peychaud is the dad to Skye and Whiskey. They were all dumped outside where a really nice lady trapped them and had them fixed. Thankfully, we were able to help and got them inside before a cold front hit. They are all sweet, but are shy at first. Skye is the smallest and most reserved/shyest of the trio. She has adjusted really well to being indoors only. She has excellent litter box manners and uses a scratching post well. These 3 babies were definitely someone’s pets at one time, but for some unknown reason, they were dumped and left to fend for themselves. They are great with other cats and are tolerant of dogs. We do not believe they will do well in a home with small children as they prefer a quiet environment. If you’re interested in meeting them, please fill out an application on NTCR’s website. Please note, we do not adopt out-of-state and as they are a bonded trio, most apartment complexes have a 2-pet maximum.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please contact NTCR AT 214.454.9395 should you have any concerns or questions. Please note: We appreciate all interest in our cats and kittens, but we are an all volunteer organization. Please be patient with regard to a call back. Should you need to surrender the cat you adopted from NTCR, please email us at surrenderNTCRcat@northtexascatrescue.com. August 20, 2024, 5:33 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.North Texas Cat Rescue P.O Box 1504 McKinney, TX 75070 214.454.9395 www.northtexascatrescue.com Magnolia was adopted as a kitten, but she is back looking for her purrmanent home after being let outside when not liking the child in the home.  We have not seen her interactions with children since she's been back, but would recommend her new home be just adults.   She is a love bug with her foster mom, likes pets and looking out the window, but it took a while to gain her trust so she needs a home that will give her time.  Ideally she'd be an only kitty, but she gets along fine with kitties who are chill and even lets more type A ones do their thing unless they get right in her face. She likes to play, but she's shy and usually plays when she thinks no one is watching :)  This girl has personality! At 16 lbs she could stand to lose some weight, but we're not working on that yet - she LOVES her temptation treats and will talk to you when you bring them and loves the petting that comes with them.
