Rico's mom, Uno, arrived at our backdoor one incredibly cold Spring day, desperate for help. We made a place for her in our barn where she safely had her beautiful kittens - Rico being the big, friendly, orange/white kitty from the start! Rico is about 11 months old, playful, and very friendly! He loves hanging out with us and our two dogs. Rico is also very affectionate with our young nieces and nephews. he is very human focused and will be a wonderful companion. Visitors are welcome to come and visit Rico to see if he would be a good fit for your family!!

Meet Mojito Cocktail! Mojito is a regal medium haired black panther with big golden eyes! Her foster mom affectionately calls her Momo! She is truly majestic looking! She’s an independent little girl who’s happy to do her own thing and prefers the company of other cats. Momo loves lounging in cozy spots and observing the world around her with those big, thoughtful eyes. She’s not one for loud or sudden movements, but with patience and a calm, quiet environment, she’ll show her true sweet personality! She is a total purr machine once comfortable and will eagerly seek out her human for pets! Momo is also very smart and a quick learner. She is extremely food motivated! She would sell her right arm for a Churu treat haha! This shy beauty would be an ideal fit for a calm, cat-savvy home with other cats, where she can settle in at her own pace and form bonds at her own speed. Hi, I'm Reece. Foster mom calls me "Ida-nose" since I have a little white spot in the shape of Idaho on my nose. Very unique, don't you think? I'm a shy little boy that needs a little gentle coaxing (and yummy treats) to help me warm up. But once I get to know you, I'll be your best friend. I need a quiet home that can help me shake off some of my timidness, so kids are probably not a good fit for me. I think I could get to know a nice dog, and would probably love a kitty friend to play and explore with. Do you wanna give it a try?

Richard is a very busy boy. His favorite toys include other kitties, empty boxes, and playing fetch with kitty springs. He enjoys climbing a kitty tower and wet cat food. Richard is a super snuggler and has a very loud purr box! He has no experience with children and very little experience with dogs.

Hiya, I’m Queso! I’m a smart, playful, loving girl looking for my forever home. I used to be a stray, living outside and fending for myself. The kind people who fed me contacted Magicats and I went through their TNR Program. However, I failed the “Return” step by deciding that I wanted to be an indoor pet kitty instead! Those same people tried to introduce me into their home, but alas… They already had a cat, and I do not like other cats! I prefer to be an only kitty, thank you very much! I’m also terrified of dogs due to mytime on the streets, and I don’t think I’d like young children either. Older teenage children who can respect my boundaries might be okay though. Sometimes I forget my house manners when I’m over-stimulated or over-excited, so my ideal human is someone cat-savy, kind and patient, who will continue to work with me on that.I have sooo much love to give, it doesn’t take much to get my purr motor running. Once I get to know you, I love to be held and petted. I’m a big sweetie! I’m also a very smart girl; I know my name and come when called. I absolutely LOVE chasing skitter mice and laser toys, scratching on my cardboard scratcher, and enjoying the fresh air from the safety of a window hammock or catio. Neil is a gentle and loving cuddle bug. His most favorite things are bum scratches, food and soft blankets. He is great with other cats, kids, and he's curious about dogs. Fun fact about him, he LOVES being talked to in a high pitch voice.

My foster mom named me Jack Golden on arrival at my Magicats foster home in 2022. I was a hot mess - sick, half blind from an old eye injury, and super-scared. It had been a tough year! I'll be 3 in April and 2025 is my lucky year! Because now I KNOW life is GOOD and that I'm truly smart, handsome, loved, worthy and ready for my Forever Home! Fate brought me to Magicats, where my luck was changed when their surgeon did some skillful cosmetic surgery on my missing left eye.That helped restore my confidence as the gentle soul i've always been. The one who enjoys adult people, other kitties, being petted and loved on. Oh, and I do love a welcoming lap! My new family is out there and we'll find each other! So, I learned about House Living, high energy dogs, and children well taught how to get along with young kittens. It was great - and I absolutely adore people.
