Penelope shows more openess when being the only cat. For 2-3 years shes grew to be a lap cat, very playful but could never be touch too much; During the vet visit her health was fine 01/20/25, so I just want to be honest that shes a good cat only if shes the only cat. I dont think shes capable of being introduced to another cat, weve fed her next to them, and started with just sniffing eachother stuff. Earlier this week she attacked a senior cat to where we had to get him stitches. I couldn’t just surrender her for being a cat, and probably feeling like her home isnt hers anymore; but theres no positive response to her being introduced to said senior cat. Im making this post hoping to rehome her to a cat expert or just someone okay with having one cat (shes so precious and cute alone) All her shots are up to date, she has no teeth, and shes very food motivated

  Carly is the newest CoverGirl, eager to retire in style with a new family! One quick look at this gorgeous floof is all you'll need to start falling in love. She initially can be shy and takes some time to warm up. Still, once she chooses you as her person, she'll happily accompany you on the couch to watch Netflix while making biscuits in the blanket. She loves chin scritches and will give the most brutal head butts to ask for more! Carly was adopted from PAWS in 2012 when she was a kitten, but unfortunately, her owner passed away, and her family wasn't able to take her in. She's a sweet and affectionate girl with an independent side—she often loves her alone time. She will spend her day napping in her hidey holes, making her the best company for anyone who comes home after a long day at work.  Carly gets easily spooked and would do best in a quiet, adult-only home with no dogs or other animals.
