Fuquay Varina, NC Mia is ready for a home of her own. Mia was found as a pregnant stray in Johnston County. When the finder took Mia to the shelter, they told her Mia would probably be euthanized after the 3 day stray hold due to limited space. The finder and I connected and I offered to foster this lovely girl and give her a safe place to have her babies. This green-eyed beauty is approximately 3 years old. She enjoys the company of people and is very social. She loves her catnip kicker and scratching post, but doesn't seem to need to be entertained with other cat toys. She is content seeing you, keeping you company, getting pets, and looking out a sunny window. **Mia would like to be an only pet, she is not fond of other cats.** She's had monthly flea treatment, a series of dewormers, rabies vaccine, FVRCP vaccine, and she's spayed. The $100 rehoming fee is to help cover these costs. She will make a sweet and lovely companion.

Max was abandoned as a 4 week old kitten. He showed up at our home on a cold rainy night Dec 2023. He was malnourished, freezing. We tried to find his owner but no one claimed him. We took him to the Vet for physical, immunizations. At 4 months he was neutered and chipped. Max has a sweet, playful, loving personality; loves to snuggle; totally litter trained; never had accident; always been in-doors. All shots etc are up to date. My husband is emotionally attached to Max…takes him to ride in his wheelchair daily. Unfortunately my husband is being admitted into Hospice this month and I can no longer take care of Max as I will be staying with my husband as much as possible. We are broken hearted to let him go but it is in Max’s best interest to be with an active and loving family.
