Story
**Jimmie 👻🖤 (Yes, she’s a *girl*!)** From a **tiny, shivering shadow** to a breathtaking, long-haired beauty, Jimmie has come so far. 🖤✨ Found all alone as a kitten—cold, scared, and unsure of the world—she was given a second chance by a kind soul who got her healthy and vetted. They can’t keep her, **AND THAT’S OKAY!** Because now it’s her turn to find a forever home. Jimmie is a **sensitive soul.** She takes her time adjusting to new places and people, and she needs an adopter who will give her the **patience, grace, and love** she deserves. 💕 She may be fearful at first, but with the right person, she will come around. And after the rough start she had, we think she *more* than deserves that chance. Could you be the one to give Jimmie the soft, understanding home she needs? 🌙🐾Jimmie's adoption fee is $25, she is vaccinated, tested negative for Felv/Fiv, flea & tick treated, microchipped and spayed. Our cat adoption process is open and straightforward! Stop by the shelter to meet our wonderful cats and find the one that steals your heart. Adoptions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We're open Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to ensure enough time to complete the adoption process. 🐾💕

Story
Our family adopted Maddie when she was left after boarding at a vet clinics. She is about 9 years old. She’s fairly shy but likes to spend time nearby when the home is quiet. Would be great for a senior though she tolerates children. She’s not gotten along with our dog at all and would do best without dogs in the home.

Story
Are YOU a childless cat lady or childfree person? Consider adding this luxurious void to your clowder! This sweet, young, anxious cat was rescued in 2019 as a kitten and has been an extremely loving companion, especially to a family dog and another cat. We've learned, however, that she's developed severe anxiety around children and began marking in the children playroom -only their playroom. Though we've tried various options and worked with Banfield Clinic, no solution has been found. Ergo, our family is looking for a wonderful new home for her with adults only, where she can feel safe, loved, and flourish without the stress of children. She is litterbox trained and gets along with other animals, especially dogs. Cats she takes a little bit to get warmed up to. This baby is a very soft (super soft), sweet, and cute little girl that we wish for her to have a great forever home. One where she isn't worried and fearful. Please help us with this aspiration and love her!

Story
Noni is a sweet, independent and laid-back 2 year old cat. He loves staring in the window, playing fetch with his favorite spring toy and late night cuddles. He loves to play as he is still very young. And if there’s a fly in the house, rest assured he will be determined to catch it. I rescued him as a stray during pandemic as a friend for my dog during the days I had to work. He’s good with both dogs and cats as long as he is gradually introduced, he will adjust over time. He’s easily persuaded with food and treats. He HATES being brushed and will try to bite the brush. But he will let a groomer touch him so no worries there. He’s up to date on all of his shots. My boyfriend is allergic and the medicine he takes is starting to not work anymore. Plus since we moved from Cincinnati I had to take a lower paying job so affording him and my dog had become a bit much for us. We are looking for someone who can give the proper cat love he needs.
