Story
Boots is a lovely gentleman who is dressed up in his finest. He's well mannered, with fastidious litter box manners. Boots is an indoor-only cat who loves to survey his kingdom through the window from a sunny perch on his cat tree. Boots loves men. He is independent but seeks out attention when he wants to be scratched under his chin or in his head. Unfortunately, Boots lost his favorite human in August. His "spare" human is okay, but he misses his dad way too much. Although it's been 7 months now, Boots is still grieving. Boots needs a new human dad in his life! He'll probably do best in a home without kids or other pets as he's been raised as an only cat in a smoke-free home. Age: 7 years old in April Shots: All up-to-date. Neutered as a wee lad.

Story
UNFORTUNATELY -- WE CANNOT ADOPT TO ANYONE IN MA DUE TO MA STATE LAWS. NAME: Peach Approx Birth Date: 7/17/2022 BREED: Domestic Short Hair  BIO: Peach is the mother of a litter of six very sweet kittens (Lyche, Plum, Cherry, Apricot, Nectarine,Mango). She and her kittens were found outside then placed in a foster home where she did an amazingjob of raising her kittens. After her time as diligent mother, her kittens are adoption age and she’slooking for a home of her own. Peach doesn’t like to be touched, but she loves to play and relax aroundthe house. She’s comfortable being around people, but just doesn’t want to interact with them. Sheabsolutely loves other cats and is very playful, a real “cat’s cat.” Peach would best be suited to a barn catlifestyle, an indoor lifestyle with someone that has a lonely single cat, or with someone who is alrightwith a cat that doesn’t want to be touched.  Whe would love to be adopted with one of her kittens!! As you see in the photos, she is always with one of her babies and truly enjoys their company. THIS CAT IS LOCATED IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS.  Transport to CT area weekly, weather permitting. ADOPTION FEE: $100. in Arkansas; $175. In New England States (PLUS TRANSPORT FEE). Story
Tika Biography Tika is an indoor/outdoor feline who will add a warm presence to your life. She’s a tortoise shell with strikingcoloration, smart, personable and affectionate. Content to just be, whether it’s watching the world outside or closeby you inside. At night, she’ll happily snuggle up next to you or curl up on her indoor cat bed. This girl has many special qualities ~ a beautiful purr and soft meows, chirps and thrills, good manners, and atalented huntress (for those who want to keep the rodents at bay and squirrels away from the feeder). She’s beentaught to leave the birds and other critters alone. The best fit for her is a low key, calm/stable environment, more rural than residential, with one or two people whowill love her and look after her, provide a safe place where she can enjoy the simple pleasures ~ exploring the yard, hunting mice, or taking a long nap. For her safety as she adjusts to her new life, a temporary or permanent patioenclosure would be ideal. She is timid around strangers, but will gradually adjust to her new surroundings.Tika will do best on her own. Whether she would take to another cat being introduced to her environment is anunknown. Farm animals are fine. Tika showed up at my back door along with her Mama and brother when very young. Three years old, she is theonly survivor, and has become accustomed to the domesticated life. She’s fully vetted ~ spayed, microchipped, vaccinated. Her foster mom can’t keep her long term. This sweet gal needs her forever home! ##2149386##
