Story
We always have Barn and Farm cats to place! Most of these are cats who are not friendly with people, although many do become so over time. These cats live outside primarily and help reduce rodent populations often found on farms. Barns, feed stores, warehouses or any building that offers a cat escape from weather and predators is ideal for placement. We like to place in pairs but that is not required. The cats in this photo are shy/timid with people but not aggressive and would do best in a barn or farm home, not as a house cat. Callie has been adopted! She became friendly with her daily feeder on the street and will likely bond with her new caregivers in her barn home. Interested in adopting barn/farm cats? Story
Janis is a very friendly, outgoing and playful girl who loves to have attention and spend time with people. She is not a fan of other cats and needs to be your one and only pet. She came to us as a stray after having a litter of kittens around Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the people who took in the kittens put momma back outside once they were weaned and never got her fixed. She is all vetted now and it's her turn to find a home soon. If interested in adopting, start at CatsCT.org. See this kitty in purrson at PETCO, 4559 Main St, Bridgeport any time they're open!
