At 7 years old, this neutered male is looking for a home where he can truly shine. He was surrendered on March 9th, 2025, due to his owner moving, and he’s now ready to find a new family who understands his unique personality. Laszlo can be an independent cat who enjoys attention, but he likes to decide when it`s time. He’s a bit of a character with a lot to say, and he’s quite vocal when it comes to sharing his thoughts. He prefers to have his feet on the ground rather than being picked up and held, so he’ll appreciate an owner who respects his boundaries. His energy level is moderate; he enjoys playing with wand toys and crinkle toys, and he’ll need extra-long scratching posts to accommodate his long body when he stretches out. While Laszlo was good with the adults he lived with and those who visited the home, he’d do best in a calm home with adults or teens who are gentle and respectful of pets. He would be happiest as the only pet in the home, as he prefers the spotlight and a peaceful space to call his own. Laszlo can be a little vocal when left alone, so someone who is home often would be ideal. Adding some enrichment items while you’re away will help keep him busy and mentally stimulated. Sadly, Aurora was surrendered after her owner passed away, and she’s now searching for a quiet, loving home to call her own. Aurora is a laid-back, playful cat who enjoys a good game of fetch and cuddles on her own terms. With a medium energy level and a medium vocal level, she’s not overly demanding but does enjoy interactive play, especially with wand toys. While she doesn`t like being picked up and prefers to keep her feet on the ground, she’s affectionate in her own way and enjoys spending time with her people. Aurora previously lived with one adult and shared her home with another male cat. It’s unclear how they interacted, so while she may be open to sharing her space with another respectful, gentle cat, it’s best to introduce her slowly to any new feline companions. Aurora is best suited to a dog-free home. She would also enjoy a peaceful, low-traffic environment where she can relax and feel safe. Aurora would thrive in a home with cat-savvy adults who are experienced in reading feline body language and behavior. Aurora has had some difficulty adjusting to the shelter environment, which has led to certain behavioral challenges that require ongoing management. Princess can seem like well an ice-cold princess, but she's really just a tad bit shy until she warms up to you. She is good with other cats, kids, and dogs. It may take her some time but she enjoys being around them. Despite her name she isn't a cat who just sits around by herself, wave around a toy or a string and she will play until her heart is content. She has been fully vetted, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, FIV/FELV negative, and given Revolution Plus monthly as a preventative. She is located in Crossville, TN.
