Story
Princess can seem like well an ice-cold princess, but she's really just a tad bit shy until she warms up to you. She is good with other cats, kids, and dogs. It may take her some time but she enjoys being around them. Despite her name she isn't a cat who just sits around by herself, wave around a toy or a string and she will play until her heart is content. She has been fully vetted, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, FIV/FELV negative, and given Revolution Plus monthly as a preventative. She is located in Crossville, TN. However, we do use Rescue Riders LLC to transport to other locations.LOCATED IN CROSSVILLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, TN. Story
Tammy is an adorable cat who looks much to young to have been a mother. Despite raising 3 lovely kittens, she does not have a warm motherly personality not even to her adult kittens. Tammy enjoys being around dogs, but is selective with cats, good with kids only when she attention so it must be on her terms. Once she is ready for love and affection she can't get enough. She deserves to have a home of her own. She has been fully vetted, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative, receives Revolution Plus monthly as a preventative. Story
~ I am willing to consider sharing my home with teenagers who can be gentle and respectful of pets.~ I want to be the only pet in the home.~ I am playful and enjoy having someone home with me frequently. ~ I have some special needs but still have lots of life to live and love to give. Please ask the adoption counselor to explain when you visit with me.Meet Laszlo!Laszlo is a handsome, solid charcoal grey, Domestic Shorthair with a touch of white, weighing in at a solid 10.67 pounds. At 7 years old, this neutered male is looking for a home where he can truly shine. He was surrendered on March 9th, 2025, due to his owner moving, and he’s now ready to find a new family who understands his unique personality. Laszlo can be an independent cat who enjoys attention, but he likes to decide when it`s time. He’s a bit of a character with a lot to say, and he’s quite vocal when it comes to sharing his thoughts. He prefers to have his feet on the ground rather than being picked up and held, so he’ll appreciate an owner who respects his boundaries. His energy level is moderate; he enjoys playing with wand toys and crinkle toys, and he’ll need extra-long scratching posts to accommodate his long body when he stretches out. While Laszlo was good with the adults he lived with and those who visited the home, he’d do best in a calm home with adults or teens who are gentle and respectful of pets. He would be happiest as the only pet in the home, as he prefers the spotlight and a peaceful space to call his own. Laszlo can be a little vocal when left alone, so someone who is home often would be ideal. Adding some enrichment items while you’re away will help keep him busy and mentally stimulated. He’s food-motivated, so you can count on him to respond to treats and snacks! While Laszlo does have some special needs, don’t let that discourage you—he still has much life to live and love to give! Please feel free to ask our adoption counselors about his specific needs. If you`re looking for a playful, talkative, and independent companion, Laszlo could be the one for you! Fill out an adoption application today to learn more about Laszlo from one of our adoption counselors!

Story
~ I want to live with cat savvy adults who are familiar with reading feline body language.~ I will thrive best with an owner who is committed to following a behavior modification plan and can provide the guidance and structure needed for my success. ~ I want to be the only pet so I can get all the attention.~ I love action and would be comfortable living in a busy home.Meet Stella, a 6-month-old spayed female domestic shorthair with sleek black fur and a personality as bold as her appearance! Stella is a high-energy kitty who loves to keep busy, and her curious nature means she’s always exploring and finding new things to investigate. Whether it’s a rustling toy, a moving shadow or exploring a cabinet, Stella is always on the move and ready to pounce into action.Once she feels comfortable with a new person, she’s a friendly, playful, and smart companion. She loves to play, especially with wand toys, which helps burn off her boundless energy. She`s not one for belly rubs or being picked up, but she enjoys being pet when the mood strikes. Her medium vocal level means you’ll hear from her when she’s excited or wants attention, but she’s not overly talkative. A busy household with plenty of activity would suit Stella well, as she loves the action and excitement!Stella thrives on mental and physical stimulation, and she’ll need an adopter who can provide daily exercise and continued training to channel her enthusiasm in positive directions. Stella may sometimes engage in behaviors like chasing or swiping at people, which reflects her need for more structured mental and physical stimulation. With consistent training and appropriate outlets, she’s showing positive progress in managing these behaviors, and she’s well on her way to learning how to express herself in more appropriate ways.Stella has no previous experience living with children, and based on her behavior, she would thrive best in a home with cat-savvy adults only who understand feline body language and can commit to her training plan. Stella can enjoy the company of other animals, but she hasn`t yet learned how to interact with them calmly, which can lead to rough or overbearing behavior. Because of this, Stella would do best in a home where she is the only pet, ensuring the safety and comfort of both her and any resident pets. If you’re looking for an intelligent, energetic, and playful cat who will keep you on your toes, Stella could be the perfect

~ I want to live with adults who are gentle and respectful of pets. (Teens considered)~ I am so bonded with my friend Smokey Bear that we must go home together. Besides ourselves, we may be willing to share our home with other cats who are gentle and respectful towards us.~ I want a dog free home.~ I would like a peaceful home with not a lot of foot-traffic.~ I have some special needs but still have lots of life to live and love to give. Please ask the adoption counselor to explain when you visit with me.Meet Smokey Bear and Tiger, a sweet and bonded pair of senior cats looking for a quiet, loving home to enjoy their golden years together. Both have special physical needs, but don`t let that fool you—these two still have so much life to live and love to give.Smokey Bear is a 20-lb, 8-year-old domestic shorthair with a striking grey and white coat. Despite his large frame, Smokey Bear has a gentle soul and a sweet demeanor. He`s a bit visually impaired so he may be a bit cautious with people at first but once you speak to him and let you know you`re there, he’ll show you just how affectionate he can be. Once Smokey Bear is acclimated to his environment, he moves around confidently. He enjoys climbing up to high places but may need a little help getting down now and then. Smokey Bear is a quiet, low-energy guy who loves snuggling with his best friend, Tiger, and playing with wand toys that have bells attached so he can find them more easily. He’s also a fan of scented toys. While his vision may be impaired, Smokey Bear still has plenty of energy for affection, play, and fun. He loves sitting and being pet and also brushed. He would do best in a calm, adult-only household (or one with teens who are respectful of cats). Smokey Bear is good with other cats, having lived with several in the past, and would like a dog-free environment.Tiger is a 14-year-old domestic shorthair with a beautiful black and grey ticked coat, weighing in at a trim 7.2 lbs. Tiger is a social butterfly, affectionate, and loves attention. He has a medium energy level and enjoys playtime with laser pointers and small stuffed mice. He loves being held and will happily curl up on your lap or sleep beside you, often purring contentedly while doing so. Like Smokey Bear, he too is a senior and has some physical needs (he is hearing impaired). He may not move as quickly as he once did, but his affectionate nature and love for attention remain strong as ev
