Story
Here’s Sunburst! This 2 year old tabby girl was in the shelter with a broken leg.  She was safe at the shelter but needed a rescue to get her vet care. So All Paws stepped up and got this sweet kitty into our full service vet the next day for a limb amputation and got spayed too.  Here’s the best part, Starburst never stopped purring and being super friendly.   And being a tripod kitty hasn’t stopped her mobility at all. Starburst is being fostered in Maitland so hit us up for a meet and greet November 18, 2024, 7:00 pm

Story
Meet Link – a young adult cat who looks like a well loved teddy bear and has an amazing personality that’s sure to win your heart. Please read Link’s full bio to ensure his unique needs are a match for you. Link’s Personality:  Link is a happy, high-energy cat who loves zooming through his cat tunnel, climbing his cat tree, and pouncing on toys. He’s friendly, social, full of adorable quirks, and always purring. What Link’s Care Entails:  Link is blind and has a liver condition called a Portosystemic Shunt, which requires him to take medications three times daily with small meals of a prescription diet. His care is manageable for those with special needs pet experience or a willingness to learn. We know this isn’t for everyone, so we want to ensure he finds the right home.   What We’re Looking For in an Adopter:  We’re looking for someone who can keep Link on his treatment plan and monitor his health with their vet. Link would do best with older, considerate children, and he’d thrive with another playful cat, a cat-friendly small dog, or as a solo pet. He’s not suited for families with young children or large dogs.   Foster-to-Adopt Basis:  Link is available on a foster-to-adopt basis to ensure the best fit. You’ll receive guidance from his foster and vet to help you confidently manage his care.   If you’re ready to provide the loving, committed home Link needs, he’s waiting for you! Story
This mean step mother is anything but! Sweet Lady was once a loving indoor kitty, cast outside and abandon by her owners. Living under a shed for sometime, she is surprising sweet to her person and loves to rub, be rubbed and gives eye kisses with ease. Little and sweet have given her the nickname ‘lady cakes’   Scared of other kitties, Lady is an only-kitty kinda girl, looking for a quiet home. Someone as patient and kind as she is and she’ll be the perfect lap kitty and companion.    She is spayed and up to date on all her shots.    Email Brandi at brandi.haughton@gmail.com    Please apply on our website: www.thewayhomerescue.org Follow us on IG for more info: @thewayhomerescue January 26, 2025, 9:41 pm

Story
Please contact Maya (mayabijoucallan@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Jovi is a cat that lives up to her namesake; she’s got lungs! If you want a kitty who knows what she wants, when she wants it, and isn’t afraid to say (or rather, yell) it, then she’s your girl! Jovi was originally a stray of unknown origin, scared half to death and hissy as can be. Since then, she’s blossomed into an outgoing, fearless little girl. There’s no object she won’t try to climb or claw her way up, no person who makes her poof up, and no situation she can’t handle. She’s as playful as can be, loving jingling balls, ribbon toys, and unfortunately, hands. Despite being a ball of energy though, Jovi still loves to cuddle up in a lap or arms, and purrs like an engine being held by the people she loves. She can get lonely, however, and would heavily benefit from being in a home with another cat or other animals.  She currently loves playing with her foster mama's 2 dogs!  The cost of her adoption is $50.00 and includes; spaying, initial vaccinations, rabies, microchip and Feline Leuk/FIV testing. To meet this kitty, please email her foster mom at: mayabijoucallan@gmail.com Please share a little about where the kitty will be living and with whom (children, other animals) so we can know a little bit more about you:Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 14, 2025, 9:23 am
