Tigress is a great cat that we've raised from a kitten. She is 8 years old. Unfortunately, there are many family members with allergies now, so we need to find her a new, loving home. She is shy/wary at first and likes to take her time to get to know people. But, really warms up as you talk to her, pet her, feed her, etc. She is spayed, litter trained and uses a cat tree to scratch. We did not declaw her, but trim her nails regularly. She likes to be brushed. She has never scratched furniture or other things, except maybe the blanket we set up as her bed when she was a kitten. Once she trusts you, she loves attention. She did have a litter of 5 kittens when she was younger. She is an indoor cat and sometimes plays with cat toys, but not often. She is looking for a loving home where she can roam free and interact with the family. Right now, due to the allergies, she has her own big room. She has been around dogs, but would need proper introduction/ time to adjust to new home.

Notes from foster family: Frederick comes when you call his name. He likes you to sit on the floor with him while he eats. He loves to sniff your face and bumps his forehead into you for pets. He has a soft purr and Beautiful striped fur. He loves to have his head neck and ears scratched. Gives clear signals that he doesn’t like his butt, hips or base of tail touched. He would like to hold an arm and rabbit kick but we are working on redirecting this to toys /kick sticks. He likes chasing toys on the floor and hanging from strings/wands. Best suited to adults who can respect his boundaries and watch his body language and cues.

Notes from foster family: Lilly is a blue eyed beauty. Quiet and stealthy, she mostly keeps to herself unless she wants affection and she’ll be sure to let you know when. She’s a shy girl who takes time to warm up to new faces but once she realizes new faces means pets she’s quick to be your best friend. Shes not a fan of dogs or other cats. She prefers to be the only fur baby. Although she may seem spicy at times it’s mostly just sass, no harm intended.
