Kali is a very very interesting name... I was named after a Hindu goddess, like Mother Nature?? WOW, I need to cash in on this amazing name, right?? Nah, I hope that my name, which is kind of cute- GETS ME A HOME!! I mean, have you seen me? I am a brindly, gray/fawn GODDESS of love and soft fur :) I was tied to the fence at the rescue, with my friend Zeus Boy (he has been adopted already) one early Sunday morning. We were immediately taken in by the rescue, it was a very sad letter left with us on the fence.... we were very loved but our family had to move in with a parent and the parent's dogs were fighting us and hurting us :( So they did the best they could to find us a safe place to find great homes..... now I am the ONLY ONE LEFT to find that AMAZING HOME@!! I am a beautiful shepherd girl, my soft fur is so brindly and colorful you will gaze at me for hours :D I am a young gal, had heartworms and was already treated for it, so I am just ready to be YOURS :) ADOPT ME, must love and know Shepherds- I am a wonderful example of the breed. You will have the BEST friend for life!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)

Story
Cinder and Riley are littermates. They have been abused in the past by males and are slow to warm up to strangers. They are both females and very sweet. Cinder is sassy and loves to play with squeaky toys and any balls though she doesn't bring them back for fetch. She is an escape artist but doesn't climb fences. She loves to run and loves car rides, at the end of the day all she wants to do is cuddle with you. She is very good with my two year-old daughter who loves to mess with her tail and is constantly getting treats. She plays rough with her siblings but is good around small dogs. She is a higher energy dog but low drive unless it's prey animals. She is a little rusty on her leash manners and does not like sudden loud noises, yelling, or fast hands. She sleeps inside out of a kennel and is good in the house while you're gone. She isn't super fond of baths but loves water and will get into the trash if it's not covered. She has a lot of personality and can't go without her sister.

Hi my name is Ace! I’m about 8 months old and around 45 pounds. I love playing ball and hanging out with my brother Jack. I love being loved and will cuddle you all day. I sleep in my kennel and I’m doing great with potty training. When you meet me, I’ll be shy at first but overtime will warm up to you. I haven’t had the best of luck with humans, so I may take my time but I’m worth it. Can’t wait to be with you for forever. Hello my name is Rory! I am a 4 month old puppy! I currently weigh 17lbs! My foster family sent off my DNA to Embark to get a better guess at the question of what am I?! As it turns out, I am mostly a German Shepherd! That must be why I am so smart. I am very treat motivated to learn new things! I know things like “sit” and I am working diligently on “heel.” I spend most of my day playing with my favorite toys or my foster brother, Louie! If you have a dog in your home already that I could play with that would be wonderful! Once I’ve got my puppy energy out I am happy to curl up on the couch for a good snuggle session. I love meeting new people but when my foster mom takes me out at night I am on high alert! I am getting better each day at asking to go potty, soon I will be fully potty trained! I sleep in my crate at night without a peep. Meet the beautiful Juno! This girl is sweet as can be despite being found on the street with a terrible flea allergy. Her finders took her in for a month and got her back to health. She’s playful with other dogs and she plays so nicely with them big or small. She’s also good with cats and kids! She loves the water pool at the rescue and she’s very laid back being out in the main yard with the dog pack. Juno’s finders reported that she’s house trained, crate trained, and completely fine with you taking even a high value bone from. She’s the perfect family dog!
