Story
MEET IVY! Ivy is a 4-1/2-year-old beautiful Dutch Shepherd mix in need of a foster or forever home! Ivy loves to run, hike and walk when she gets the chance, but indoors she has an "off" button and is super calm and quiet. She has zero issues with resource guarding, stealing food, excessive barking, or chewing. She also cooperates well with teeth brushing and nail trimming. She's also extremely smart, and is quick to learn new things. A great girl! She has earned her AKC Canine Good Citizen and Community certificates and has been learning nose work, for which she has great aptitude. In addition to basic obedience, she knows right and left and can do a variety of tricks. She shows affection by leaning against you, nudging you with her nose, or gazing into your eyes with tail wagging. She loves to be scratched on the back of her neck and behind her ears. Like many active dogs, Ivy must get regular exercise and mental stimulation to be at her best. She would be perfectly suited to a person or people with an active lifestyle, someone who will give her a job or exercise that she loves. She's a wonderful, loving, amazing companion. She does have a prey drive, so cannot live in a home with cats, but she is good with other dogs. She weighs 75 lbs. Please email for an application.

Story
HI -I'M NOMI! I'm a 5-year-old lovely Dutch Shepherd-Pit mix in need of a foster or forever home. My name means "beautiful" and "delightful" and it is so fitting, because I have a gorgeous brindle coat and a sweet face. I was rescued from a California shelter, and now have been waiting patiently for someone to notice me! I am gentle with people, and am friendly with most dogs, though I can get jealous at times. I would probably thrive as an only dog where I could get all of the attention, or hang out with a submissive male. I weigh 68 pounds. I would love a new home this year! Can you foster or adopt me? Please email for an application.

Story
My name is Tikki! I'm named after a pup in Paw Patrol! Could also be named happy, because just seem to have a happy smile when playing or cuddling. I'm very sweet love people and kids of all ages. I am good with cats too. My leash skills are pretty good for a puppy and rarely have an accident, so I'm pretty much potty trained. I love to play with toys. Treats are a favorite of mine. If you are interested in my please complete the application. I am located in San Antonio, TX, but my adoption fee includes transport. I come fully vetted to age, fixed, microchipped and will get a health certificate before I travel if adopted out of state

Story
Skid is currently in a foster home at a rescue in Oklahoma. We are looking for a home in a state where people treat their animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport from one of the cities listed at the bottom. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. -Skid is a male, possibly Dutch Shepherd/Plott Hound mix and is around 20 months old. ~55-60 pounds -Tested Heartworm Negative December 11th. -He came into the shelter of July 2023 as a puppy and deserves more than life in a shelter. He is our longest term resident and deserves a home for Christmas. He was homeless last Christmas. -Skid does well with other dogs. -He has been to multiple public events and seems to do well with children. -He loves people as well and walks well on a leash. -Can be a tad shy at first but warms up quickly. -He loves to take toys into his doghouse in his kennel and play with them. -Walks well on a leash. -Can be cat tested if needed -He was just professionally groomed and did a great job! -Video of Skid: https://youtube.com/shorts/IWq1HqJdjnw?feature=share Skid is neutered, vaccinated (Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella), has been dewormed, a negative heartworm test, on monthly flea/tick/HW prevention. Health certificate and exam will be performed less than 10 days prior to transport. Adoption fee is $550, this is including all vetting above and $250 transport cost. Hello, this is so difficult to give my dog away. However, my health problems will not allow me to work anymore. This year’s winter has destroyed our fence and we can’t afford to fix it currently. We live next to a road and I don’t want her to get hurt. Lady is a beautiful kind girl. Her favorites are girls, going for walks, whipped cream, her treats, and snuggles with her human. We are looking for no money just a dog family who will love Lady and keep her safe. Lady loves it when her person returns home. Be prepared to give her love. She thinks about her person all day.

We live next to a road and I don’t want him to get hurt. Colby is a beautiful kind boy. His favorites are running, going for walks, popcorn, whipped cream, his treats, and snuggles with his human. He is not neutered because he is half Lab/half German Shepherd. For healthy future joint health, it is recommended you wait until after a year old to neuter German Shepherds. We are not looking for money, just a dog family who will love Colby and keep him safe. Colby loves it when his person returns home. Be prepared to give him love. He thinks about his person all day.

Story
Sadly we are unable to keep Buddy due to issues with our other dogs. He’s a great dog, he’s sweet, loving and loyal, house and kennel trained. He will be 4 years old in May 2025. Up to date on all shots. As an only dog he will be amazing, he has grown up in a pack of dogs, with cats and children. He is great with the kids and very protective of them. We are very sad to let him go but we are out of options. We want him to go somewhere he can be the only dog, we are about 90 minutes south of Seattle but we are willing to drive him several hours in order to secure a loving home for him. Buddy has grown up on a large property and is happy being outside, patrolling the fence and keeping his humans safe. He’s also very happy lounging around inside and being lazy.
