Story
Here's what you need to know about me:I'd like a relaxed home. I wouldn't say I'm "old"... I've just been around for a while. And that's made me appreciate the finer things in life like naps in the sun, looking out windows, and the special joy when you're able to scratch juuuuust the right spot. I like to take it easy at home - I'm not up for lots of activity. It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along.I need a slow introduction to cats. I can share my space with cats, but I'd like to get used to the idea over time. Primary Color: Brown Weight: 75 Age: 8yrs 0mths 2wks

**All dogs are by appointment only, please inquire through Petfinder, Adopt-a-pet, Rescueme.org or e-mail us directly at shelter@hbpets.org for the dogs questionnaire*** *Bonded pair, Millie and Spud, must be adopted together** Millie (spayed) and Spud (neutered) are 6mth old, Dutch Shepard, Boxer, Pit mixes. They came from a animal hoarding property, their sister Chili was more than ready for a home alone, these two have shown after being separated that they do best together. They are gentle, sweet, shy, learning to be social with humans, not a mean bone in their body. They need a home that will offer patience, love and allow them space. They need a fenced backyard, with gentle adults, young children are a little scary for them. They love other dogs, they have been learning a lot from our social dogs. My adoption fee is $300 (each)

Great news! My adoption fee has been paid by someone who loves me and wants me to find a great home.I'm easy going. Wanna go for a walk? Okay. Hang out in the yard? No problem. Just relax on the couch? I can do that. I'm pretty happy to go at your pace and I don't really need much more than most dogs do. If you're looking for a steady companion, I'm all yours.I'd like a relaxed home. I wouldn't say I'm "old"... I've just been around for a while.
