Scout is the sweetest boy! He loves to be loved after living at least 7 months on his own getting whatever food he could from kind people. He was rescued hanging out at a church with a group of other stray dogs. He loves other dogs. He is great with cats. He gets a little jealous of attention, but who could blame his after being on his own. He is not aggressive at all though. He is SUPER sweet. He loves to give nips which I believe is part of his Feist heritage. He is a bouncing baby boy of approximately 3 years of age. He is looking for his "furever" home so his rescue mom can adopt the next one in need. An adoption fee of $150 helps to cover his vet costs. He is fully vetted and has no known medical issues. Moa is a 2 years old,  50 lb, that looks like a  Feist/ GSD mix girl that was born on 8/12/21. She is smart, friendly, and quickly learning manners, obedience, crate training, and house breaking! Moa is personality covered in fur! She was found as a stray with her mom and siblings and had a hard start to life but her mother dog took good care of her until they came to the safety of the rescue. This girl is good with other dogs and kids but NO cats. She is spayed, heartworm negative, fully vaccinated and dewormed. Her adoption fee is $250.August 18, 2024, 10:52 pm

Keke is initially a little shy, but warms up quickly and is a very sweet girl! She is about 2 1/2 years old and loves to go on walks, run in the park, and play with her doggie friends. Keke has an easy going play style, and has done well in small play groups with various other dogs. It is very entertaining to watch her and the other dogs play together in the park. Keke is a perfect walking companion, because she is well-behaved and easy on a leash; plus she radiates such happiness while walking that it’s contagious! Keke’s perky ears always point toward things that she finds interesting while walking along … it’s very cute! Be sure to meet Keke, and let her work her charms on you! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590.
