Story
Ozzie is AKC registered and a loving pup. He is always ready for any adventure and wants to be a part of the party, wherever you go. He does well with other dogs at the park, but plays a bit rough with my 8yr old female yellow lab. He is house trained. Ozzie is full of energy, sometimes too much for himself to manage. He wants to learn new tasks and tricks, but with my health issues, I haven't been able to provide him adequate training and time overall. He needs a fully fenced yard to run and significant attention to ease his energy. He will snuggle with you any time and loves to nap next to you. It pains me to see him go as he truly is a great dog, I'm just not able to give him the attention he needs. I possess his AKC registered paperwork. He is due for shots soon and may want to consider neutering him if you aren't going to breed.

Story
Ryder has a zest for life and a heart full of love. He is truly a GEM of a dog! He is a phenominal athlete and no doubt would be a champion at search & rescue, agility, fly ball, dock diving, disc competition, or anything that involves retrieving! He is off-the-charts smart and motivated, no matter the distractions. Once playtime is over, he also displays a calm independence. Ryder loves rough-and-rowdy playgroups, always keeping his cool, but he’s equally content relaxing on his own or bunking with a buddy. He is kennel trained, housetrained, and has great manners, making him a joy to have around. Ryder enjoys the company of other dogs in his foster home and has a special fondness for water adventures, whether it’s splashing in a pool or trying water jumps. While he hasn’t been tested with cats, his easygoing and playful nature suggests he could adapt well. He has done great with kids he's met at our events and will play fetch all day long. Ryder is looking for an active family with a yard to explore and plenty of love to share. Loyal and always up for a challenge, Ryder is ready to be your adventure partner for life! Ryder was found running along a highway with two other dogs and impounded in rural Missouri. He was never reclaimed after months of waiting. He came to Dolly's Legacy so he could start a new chapter in his life. Ryder is a Black Lab/Border Collie mix who was was born approximately 8-6-23 and weighs 45 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative and started on heartworm prevention.
