Spanky is a six-seven year old American Foxhound mix that is very loyal and follows his family room to room just waiting for the opportunity to share his love. His current living situation has changed and he has moved into a new environment where the resident older Chiweenie has decided she is not comfortable with larger dogs. Spanky loves toys and loves to carry around his blanket in his mouth. He does well with housetraining and is eager to please. He is also a cuddler and snuggler. He's a hunk of love! Spanky is active but once his energy is expelled he calms right down to watch a movie and chill with you. He has a shy side so he might be overwhelmed but a chaotic environment. adoption donation : $750 weight 45 lbs Age: 1 year Tippy has the distinction of being the favorite dog at the rescue and there are A LOT of dogs! Tippy is sweet, friendly and playful and very smart. Tippy gets along with everyone he meets, he loves to play with the other dogs at the rescue, he follows his foster mom around, tail wagging. If she calls him, tippy comes running! Tippy absolutely loves water, he spends his summer days splashing in and out of the plastic baby pool! Tippy was relinquished to the rescue when his family moved away and wasn’t able to take him. He has had his vaccination and has been neutered and isa healthy and happy boy who will make a wonderful companion to the lucky family who adopts him. Please note that Wags of Monroe county is a struggling 501(c) 3 volunteer organization where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs. Wags desperately need to raise funds to help the sick and older dogs at the rescue. Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue.
