Story
Meet Henrietta! Miss Henry is 35lb., female, Hound mix. She is fully Vetted., crate and potty trained, and walks well on leash. She loves other dogs and I would recommend a home that already has (at least) one dog, if not more. She is fine with cats. Children need to mind their Ps and Qs with her only because chaos frightens her. Henry, Henrietta was found running around in backyards and a huge pond area for weeks. This girl kept me running up to Huber Hts. every night for two weeks working on gaining her confidence. Poor baby was scared of her own shadow and that hasnt improved much. She will need an adopter with a great deal of patience and understanding but the love is well worth the wait. She is scared of sudden movements, loud noises and abhors any change in her routine, once you have one established. Miss Henry will need a home with a fenced yard. Having said all that, Henrietta is a complete love, once she trusts you. She has the softest fur and is the most beautiful fawn color. This baby will be hard to part with and I will be extremely picky when it comes to choosing her furever home, she will come to you carrying a piece of my heart but she needs a family to call her very own, is that your family?

Story
Feb 24: Fern has been in rescue since 2021! She needs a home! She needs 6' fencing and a playmate. She is now almost 4 years old and has calmed down quite a bit. She loves toys and laying in the sun. She is crate and house trained. She runs laps in the yard and then hangs out. Fern still needs some leash work, but she does walk on a leash. She does fabulous at Lowes and Home Depot on her weekend outing. She knows no strangers and gets wiggly with new people. Feb 22: All Fern's hair is back! she looks great. She is a happy girl who loves to stay active, she does best with bigger dogs and is a big player. She would do best in an active family, with a fenced yard and playmate. She will be a great family member. Fern is from a shelter in KY. She was being treated for mange. All her treatments are complete and her hair is growing back!! Feb 21: Fern is a sweet active girl who loves to romp with other dogs. She is crate trained and has had no accidents in the house. She is approx. 2 years old. She does REQUIRE A PHYSICAL FENCE. Freds Mission Rescue has an adoption radius of 100 miles from Cincinnati. All dogs are fully vetted, altered, current on flea/tick/heartworm/wormer, and microchipped. The rescue does not adopt out to properties with invisible fences or tie outs. Application: https://form.jotform.com/FredsMission/app

Story
Hello, from the other siiiiiiide (of the fence)! Nice to meet you, I'm Adele! While I cant sing like my namesake, I sure am cute!I am roughly 14 weeks old and am believed to be a basset hound/chihuahua mix. What can I say about myself? I am what you would call a “typical puppy”. My current favorite things include playing with toys, hanging out with my brother, and exploring my surroundings. Im learning to enjoy being held, but would you mind giving me some time to adjust or sniff your hand before you pick me up? Also, since I'm in my typical puppy phase, I'm still learning where the right place is to go potty and will need some extra help to get that habit down. I would love to join your family! You may apply to adopt Adele at www.pawpatroldayton.com/adopt. Their adoption fee is $360 and is vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped and spayed. All of our animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered before being adopted.

Story
Giselle and her sister Collette came to Paw Patrol by way of living on a porch in Kentucky. They both settled into their foster home right away and began showing their foster family who they are as puppies soon after. Collette is a cuddle bug! She hopped right up onto her foster mom's lap to hang out for a bit while she was working from home one day. Her snuggles have been reported to be top tier and can chase away the chill from being outside. When cuddle time is over, Collette is ready to play with all the furry foster siblings! Giselle is going pro with her love of fetch! Tennis balls have met their match with this baby girl. When her puppy zoomies are exhausted, she has no problem hanging out to get some love from her foster siblings and parents. Giselle and Collette have been known to snuggle together when play time is over or with their one of their foster siblings. These two get along well with the other dogs and cats, and though we don't adopt out siblings together, each would do fantastic in a home with a family. These girls have shown how smart they are since first arriving to their temporary home. They’ve learned to sit before they get food and potty training is coming naturally to them! Not 100% yet on potty training, but coming along quickly. Giselle and Collette are food motivated thus making learning manners easy as they await their forever families.Though their heritage is unknown, we believe they could be a Chihuahua and Bassett Hound mix and they are 3 months old. You can apply to adopt either Giselle or Collette at www.pawpatroldayton.com/adopt. Each puppy has an adoption fee of $360 and they are spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. All of our animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered before being adopted.
