Story
Bella; female german shepherd not positive of exact age, between 2-4yrs old. She wandered into our yard several months ago, I have tried everything to locate owners with no luck, she is also not microchipped. She is very sweet and loving, she gets along with other dogs, kids, adults. great on a leash, she possibly came from family that spoke another language, or just didn't talk to her as she doesn't understand any commands given to her. She stays outside at our home, we live in the middle of town where people are walking and running daily, she pays them no attention so she doesn't seem to have issues with being reactive. She would truly be a wonderful companion to someone that has time to learn and understand with her. Our landlord isn’t happy of her being here, just don’t want to see her at the pound.

Story
Snickers came to us from a very neglectful home. He lived in a pen alone for NINE years! Think of the suffering/loneliness! He got some attention from neighbor kids who would pet him through the chain link but nothing else. He is loving his freedom and being spoiled in his foster home. He needs a home with either no other dogs, or female dogs. He is a loyal companion! 11 years old, 70 pounds

Story
Oliver is a darling pup who found himself homeless as a baby. We were happy to take him in to ensure he finds the best possible home/life. He was probably born around June 1, 2024 and could possibly weigh 60 lb when full grown. For now, he`s a cute, playful, curious boy who adores people and other dogs. He is actually doing quite well with house training in spite of being young. His shots are up-to-date and we will provide his neuter when old enough. Microchipped.

Story
Lucy! What can we say? THOSE EARS! Lucy wants to be friends with everyone she meets and loves the other dogs in her foster home. Running and playing in the yard is one of her favorite things. She is also ready to snuggle on the couch with you at the end of a playful day. She does great in her crate, sleeps through the night, and learned quickly how to go in and out the dog door. She is house trained. We have been told she’s good with cats. As of February 2025, Lucy is 3 years old and 45 lbs. She’s up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. $250 Adoption fee.

Story
Meet Max, a lively 2-year-old hound mix tipping the scales at 37 lbs, and ready to bring joy into his forever home. Max came to us after his previous owners requested euthanasia. Max was infested with fleas and had Demodex mange (non contagious). After vet care and being in a wonderful foster home, his coat is growing back beautifully. Max is friendly, full of energy, and loves other dogs—he’s also a fetch pro! Max is vaccinated and is neutered. Max is house broken and crate trained. This sweet boy is patiently waiting for a family to call his own. Apply today to meet Max—you won’t regret it! Find adoption form on our website: www.rescuetailsmb.com

Story
Cana is one of the sweetest and most affectionate dogs I have ever met. A less than savory coworker dumped her on me a few years ago and she was severely under fed and showed signs of extreme abuse so I decided that I was going to take her. I hate to not be with her but unfortunately I lost my job and have to move to colorado for 1.5 years and then spend a few years in Italy. She is super loving and loves attention. She is good with either running around in the yard and playing or just lounging around the house. She is used to staying inside mostly and sleeps on a dog bed quietly in my room. She has never shown signs of aggression other than towards rabbits. She got along great with my cat who recent passed and gets along great with my roommates dogs. My last job being in the ER she was able to go good length of time without going to the bathroom in the house and rarely has accidents. I just want to find someone that can give her the love and attention that I have been giving her.
