Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.

Story
Meet Daisy! Daisy was surrendered to a shelter along with her sister and mother. When Daisy arrived we noticed a concerning mass on her abdomen and took her in to be evaluated by our veterinary team. After surgical removal and testing it came back as cancer, both squamous cell carcinoma and hemangiosarcoma. What does this mean for Daisy? She may have reoccurance of tumor growth, so potential adopters will need to monitor her closely for this and have any new masses tested with removal if recommended by their veterinarian and have her overall health monitored closely. According to the pathology report we received, survial time in dogs with these types of tumors was still around 3 years. We believe with good, proactive care Daisy has some decent quality time left. At this time Daisy is not symptomatic and has no limitations.  Daisy is very much a bird dog and loves to go for walks with her nose to the ground, taking in the world through smell. She has shown a prey drive so a home without cats and small animals is ideal. Daisy is the biggest love bug and craves human attention, so much so that she needs to be reminded of her manners from time to time. Daisy would do well with another dog her size (no small dogs) to share a home with, along with an owner who is dog savy and understands establishing proper boundaries. She would also be fine being the only pet in the home.  At this time we are seeking an adoptive home for Daisy as well as a foster home. If you are interested in fostering all supplies, cost and support are provided. If you would like to be considered as Daisy's forever home or foster, be sure to submit an adoption application on our website! Adoption fee includes - spay/neuter, microchip & chip registration, UTD vaccines, fecal testing, de-worming, flea treatment. Daisy would do great in a home with...Cats : nopeDogs : Yep!  Kiddos : 10+    ##2251828##
