Stunning, sweet, and so ready to meet you—it’s Cynthia! This beautiful girl is a 42- pound German Shorthaired Pointer who was rescued from Swainsboro, Georgia. She is 3 years old and is so grateful for her second chance at finding her perfect future. She is the proud mom of 10 beautiful puppies, all of whom will soon find their own homes, and now she’s ready to settle into a lifetime of happiness with a forever family. She will officially be ready to join her new family on January 17!
Cynthia’s beautiful coat of white and brown fur is as unique and lovely as she is. This girl is such a lovebug. She’s very affectionate with her humans and adores snuggling. It’s easy to give her snoot kisses and remind her often what a sweet girl she is. She’s very gentle and just wants to be close to those she loves. Cynthia is very playful and has the most fun in big, open spaces where she can run and toss around her favorite toys. She’s been through a lot in her 3 years, but she’s still just a big puppy at heart! Cynthia also walks well on a leash and would be the perfect companion for daily strolls around town, the neighborhood, or to the park.
Cynthia would do great in a home with other dogs and kids, but no cats, please. Cynthia is ready to be a family dog and soak up all the attention, affection, and love she deserves. She will be ready and waiting to meet you soon!
Cynthia is spayed, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped.

HFG Dog Rescue is a 100 percent foster-based rescue located in Berkeley Heights, NJ with a sister location, The Almost Home Wellness Center, in Aiken, SC. All of our dogs are rescued from kill shelters in SC + GA and once ready for adoption live in loving local NJ foster homes until they find forever families of their own. Our fosters begin basic training, housebreaking, and leash-walking skills to help pair you with the perfect pup for life!
